Amazing service and very relaxing

Silva and her staff were amazing, so helpful with checking in and advice on what to do in the area. They even helped us out with getting done laundry done which we were very grateful for (we had just been on a boat for 7 days and were in desperate need of a washing machine)!

The entrance needs to be more welcoming- looks closed when we arrived. No info where to collect keys. Needed to contact Booking. Need a toaster in the kitchen and maybe some smaller lamps or candles

Superb views from a very tastefully furnished and spacious apartment.

Apartment Silva was an oasis of calm and quiet after a day of doing Dubrovnik’s tourist hot spots. The view is exquisite and we loved sitting on the terrace overlooking the bay below. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very attentive with some minor issues we had. Highly recommend.

Only that a microwave would be handy….but many apartments in Europe seem not to have one.

A stunning property with incredible views and a wonderful host — the perfect stay.

Sylvia’s property is absolutely magnificent — beautifully decorated with stunning views. The balcony overlooking Sunset Beach is the perfect place to spend an evening. Sylvia is a wonderful host, always responsive, helpful, and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Confortable apartment and amazing views

The view of this apartment is incredible. The apartment was comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the terrace. We were there during a heatwave and even though there is only one air con, the apartment was cool. We found it easy to get to the old town, and enjoyed Lapad, with restaurants and groceries at a walkable distance.

Excellent apartment

The views from the balcony were amazing. The apartment itself was very spacious, very homely with large sofas and tv. The tv had the option of Netflix Prime and YouTube, and the WiFi in the apartment was also good. Christina, the host, was very helpful and pleasant. We had a great time on our five day visit.

Highly recommend.

At first I wasn't sure about the location but it actually was super easy walk to bus and at the Old Town in no time at all. Apartment was really comfortable and nice views. Local cafes and restaurants, and supermarket nearby too. Silva explained everything about how to get around Dubrovnik. Highly recommend.

A lot of stairs to the apartment which is not fun with a suitcase, an on plane wheelie and a backpack but manageable otherwise.

Lovely apartment with great views. Very quiet & private. Short walk to bus stop, shops & restaurants.

Lots of mosquitoes! Couldn't open the windows or sit outside without being eaten. Coils were provided but nothing to light them with.

the apartment was very compact but nonetheless contained everything we basically needed. A nice patio with corresponding view and comfortable garden furniture. Apartment cleaned with fresh towels mid-way during stay. Property also has safety box.

Please note that access to property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended

We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It had everything we needed and more – fully equipped, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing balcony view – the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was great, with a short and easy bus ride into the beautiful old town of Dubrovnik. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, offering great tips and making sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

The apartment is wonderful! So many things we loved: 1. The decor and ambiance felt so natural and comfortable. There was great artwork, plants, gorgeous hardwood floors. We really felt at home. 2. The view & balcony. YES- the pictures are exactly what you see of the multi-colored bay! Simply stunning. 3. The location was perfect. Short walk to Sunset beach, several cafes, bars & restaurants, the marina and about 45 minute walk to the Old City. We walked early one morning and took a taxi back (25€ euro felt slightly expensive compared to 40€ from the airport). You can take a bus or uber, but we were hot and tired and lazy. There is also a path around the entire peninsula that is very maintained for walking, jogging or bicycling. 4. Silva herself is very sweet. We briefly spoke a few times and she was open and kind, sharing her garden and cute dog. She helped arrange the airport transfer as well. PS- Eden Restaurant just a few steps down the hill was excellent. Highly Recommend as well!

Silva was so welcoming. The flat is beautiful with amazing views. We only had one night there on our way back from korcula. We wish we had longer. The area seemed very nice and good for families and couples. I'd highly recommend it.

Stunning apartment.

Stunning apartment with fabulous views. The beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious with sliding doors to a comfortable seating area on the balcony. Close to the beach and nice walks. Supermarkets and restaurants all in walking distance. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful apartment! Great view! Lovely hosts!

We stayed in the superior 2 bed apartment. It was clean, comfortable, had great amenities, and the view! The view was amazing! Hosts were so helpful and on hand if needed, but didn’t impose.

There were a lot of steps, not only up to the apartment but also in the area (for those who have mobility issues). This didn’t bother us too much as we knew it was the price to pay for the great view.

Well appointed and clean apartment, beautiful sea views, close to everything you could need. Lapad itself is a breath of fresh air, compared to the Old Town during the day. Silva is a lovely person, it was a pleasure to meet her.

Location silent but not too far. Buss 6 300m goes in every 5 min. All busses stops at old town.

Fridge keeps quite heavy noise. Old ise cream still in fridge.. water boiler looks like someone have heat milk in there. We did boip water in pot.

We came for a wedding and to catch up with Friends and we thorughly enjoyed doing both.

Location and views across bay although property would present difficulties for older clients due to number of steps up to property. Access to the nearby beach and restaurants was good although access down steep steps from roadway to access beach could create difficulties. Balcony seating area was well used for conversations with friends. local Restaurants varied from excellent and good value for money to expensive and poor value (paying for the view). Lack of pressure to buy at shops/cafe's and bars was welcome. Public transport into Dubrovnik was excellent great value for money and frequent (every 10 minutes).

Lack of crockery/glasses in Apartment, just enough for 4 but with a table that could seat 6. No Aircon in main bedroom with high temperatures sleep could be difficult.

We rented two apartments for a stay with extended family and it was a great space for everyone to gather, but plenty of room to spread out. The view from the balcony is gorgeous!

the air conditioning in the living room is excellent, but it doesn’t quite reach the bedroom, so it gets a little stuffy.

What isn’t there to like about this property! Location, facilities and view are the best in town! The view from the balcony is breath taking! Silva the owner was on hand throughout the stay, even making us pancakes! Lapad is the best place to stay for Dubrovnik and visiting the local area. We miss the place already..

Spacious and gracious

Apartment Silva was a great choice. The owner was thoughtful and generous with all. Our 2 bedroom “penthouse” apt was spacious and gracious- beautifully appointed living space both indoor and out-providing stunning views of the bay. We swam at the beach below and enjoyed wonderful food at Eden both in east walking distance. We will definitely return.

Its very good location and fair enough of night life. Very close to the pebble stones beach. Not ideal for people with walking difficulties. Silvia and her staff were very friendly, cute dog too, very spacious rooms for 4 people. Would recommend this property for girls get away nice and chill
