The location of this apartment is perfect. No need to carry bags up stairs until you are within the building. Walk down the ramp from the pile gate into the main street and its less than 100m from there. Close to everything you could ask for. Only downfall is that the windows are not soundproof so we had a few issues around 3am from people making alot of noise in the street. No fault to the owners but just letting people know who sleep lightly may have issues. Still highly recommend people to stay here if youre ever looking to visit Dubrovnik Old Town

Marko and his wife are absolutely outstanding. My bags were unfortunately delayed and Marko helped me to get them back. He helped me recover them, call the airline and ensure he secure the bags while I was out enjoying my time in Dubrovnik. He connected me to some local tour to Medugorje and always went above and beyond. The apartment is centrally located inside the walled old town, close to everything you need. In addition the apartment is big, comfortable and has a washer machine which was a life saver while my bags were lost and found. I would highly recommend the apartment eleganca to other guests coming with family too. We traveled with my son and the sofa bed was incredible. I am so happy I stayed with apartment eleganca and that I met Marko. Thank you for everything once again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Marko made check-in and checkout very easy, picked us up as dropped us off, super responsive and friendly. Apartment was on 2nd floor, lots of stairs but cannot beat the location, steps from the entrance of the wall tour. Excellent location!! Would definitely recommend

Excellent location just off Stradun and near Pile Gate. We had a child in front sitting room and the noise from the cafe opposite was loud as well as general noise on the street. The shower leaked onto the floor which we reported and they will look into fixing. Great for a couple who can sleep out in the back bedroom with earplugs!

This property is just steps to Pile Gate and right next to the main street inside Old Town Dubrovnik. It is the best location you could dream of, and even though we had to climb stairs to get to our room we loved staying here. The apartment has been remodeled to be modern and bright, and it easily fit the four of us. The laundry machine is a huge bonus but there is no dryer, so my travel clothesline came in handy. We were so close to everything and really enjoyed staying here.

Very cute apartment in the heart of the old city. The apartment was above the busy tourist street and the sounds of people shuffling through the city echoed through the room most of the night. But we knew this would happen and wanted to be immersed in the center of the city so it did not bother us. The apartment was spacious and modern with remnants of its old character remaining. There is no elevator so you will need to haul your bags. Loved the coffee maker!

In the heart of old town this property was well situated to all the sites. Lots of dining options a bakery and an ice cream shop just outside the door. The apartment was excellent for a family of 3 - equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Parking is not available in the area for visitors so we secured parking from our host.

Inside Old Town which is really where you want to be. If you're an American lugging too much luggage you're in a for a bit of a work-out but that's probably the case with anything centrally located. Easy accessible just inside Pile Gate. Marko, which whom we coordinated, was very helpful and responsive. He provided good info on where to park temporarily while unloading and arranged a car for us on our departure date. Our room was recently renovated, super modern and very comfortable. We appreciated the mini kitchen and coffee machine; ac worked well too. No complaints whatsoever, we would definitely book again.

Great location. Nicely restored. Check in was done on own. Not enough keys available. Manager/owner knew we were going to have 3 people in second floor apartment but had to call and ask for bedding and extra towel. He did send someone to fix. But inconvenience was avoidable. Towels were old and small. No extras. Mold smell in upstairs apartment from bedding. Had to remove pillows open all windows. Did not use pillows. Which was also super inconvenvient. Towels once wet also had same mold smell.

The apartment building itself is truly a remarkable piece of architecture which was built in the 16th century. The stonework and workmanship are amazing. You feel like you are living in a castle. Inside the apartment, the design is modern and breathtaking. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. All the shops, restaurants, and attractions are less than a minute walk. The location can't be any better as it is truly located in the heart of the old city. If you are planning to drive to the city, I highly recommend you take advantage of the valet parking service offered by the host, Marko. As you may know, car is not allowed inside the old city. Marko will meet you by the city gate to pick up the car and take you to the apartment which is just a couple minutes walk. It was super convenient because parking could be a headache in Dubrovnik. Overall we were so happy about our stay and we highly recommend Apartments Eleganca. Stop looking, book it while it is still available!

I was at the Oridino suite. I’ve never been to a place like this. Marko showed me the room, helped me with my luggage and was very kind. The apartment is unbelievable. The fact that you are inside a house that there more than 200 years, maybe 300, makes you feel in the medieval age and everything starts to be cool there. The main bed, in the bedroom, is comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect and there’s a huge mirror on the wall so you can enjoy the view of the rocks from anywhere you look. The bathroom is also amazing. It’s ridiculously huge, there’s a very big sink, nice amenities, the shower is very good, there a washing machine with soap to use and lots (really) of towels. The living room is huge too (everything is huge). The sofa is so much comfortable and it turns into a bed that is also very comfortable. There a TV in the middle of the room, a little kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook or just make a coffee, a table for 4 people and 2 windows that are turned to the Main Street, so you can watch people arrive, guides reuniting their groups, people taking ice cream and lots of fun through all the day, specially in the morning and at night. In my opinion, it was the most amazing experience with a apartment that I’ve ever had in my life. Never seen anything like this before. It worths every penny you spend (the only bad part is the Wi-Fi. A little bit slow, but you’ll barely use it). I can confirm that you’ll enjoy yourself at your best there.
