DUBROVNIK FIORA cozy apartment

This small, 2 level attic space is located inside the walls of Old Dubrovnik, which is what you came to see. You have about 6 flights of stairs to climb (schlepping luggage). The views through portal windows are lovely. Kitchen is tiny and not where you want to hang out, although that’s where the bathroom is located. The stairway to the bedrooms/living area is steep and narrow. Which makes for a dicey nighttime trip down to the bathroom. Also, do not park in any nearby lot because they charge a fortune. Best to find a lot away from the tourist area and take a cab to the old town.

Parking isn’t fun but that’s the case for residents and visitors alike to Dubrovnik. The location is amazing and you walk right out the door and your in the heart of the city.

This apartment is in Old Town. If you use the Ploče Gate, it’s close and no stairs until you get to the house. In the rear, you overlook the ruins from an ancient nunnery. In the front, you overlook the old harbor. You are close to everything. The area is quiet and easy to find. The bedrooms in the apartment are in the attic, so the ceiling is low coming up the stairs. It is well kept and is beautifully painted with murals. Veronika was very responsive and communicative. For an extra treat, be sure to get up early one morning. You will almost have the entirety of Old Town to yourself. 10 out of 10. I would stay here again.

Der Empfang war überaus freundlich. Das Apartment eignet sich hervorragend für ein junges Paar. Die Lage ist grandios. Es war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
