Apartment Koke is located very close to the city walls. It is only a 10 minutes walk to the Old Town, nearby beaches, restaurants, airport shuttle bus station, public parking garage, bank, ATM...
Close enough to many attractions, and still far enough from the city crowds and noise that you can relax.

Apartment is renovated and provides kitchen-utensils, washing machine, TV and is air-conditioned.
There are two bedrooms, one with bathroom enclosure and double bed and second one with a single bed that can be made into a double one -queen size.
There is a beautiful terrace outside the apartment, where you can enjoy your meals and relax in peaceful environment.
Apartment is situated in the ground floor of the house, and you have all the place for yourself with the private entrance and private terrace in front of the house.

We stayed at this property 10th July - 19th JulySeno greeted us at the property after some confusion about letting him know how close we were to property. Seno gave us access to property before he arrived. We were concerned about parking car and getting our luggage up steps to house ( we were traveling for 3.5 months hence a lot of luggage plus my wife & I are mid 70'S. Seno not only got our luggage up to house he organized discounted parking for car near by. Seno also took us with his car on day trip to Monstar in Bosnia great day out. Great host fantastic service and happy to help with anything. The property was in great position if you know Dubrovnik it is all hills and steps, Anice Boskovic runs parallel to Branitelja Dubrovnika which is main bus route into Old Town and Castle. If you come out of gate to house and turn right and walk along Anice Boskovic till you reach first left hand lane way Ulica Orsatova this takes you down short flight of stairs Branitelja Dubrovnika If you want less stairs continue along Anice Boskovic till you reach the cemetery, there is a left hand road accessing to Branitelja Dubrovnick . Once you reach main road and turn left down sloping road to Old Town ( majnificent views on your walk down this road) if you turn right there is a bus stop which you can go to Lapad (Sunset Beach). If you want the best views inside castle it is best to be there very early 8:00am before tour groups start to arrive. A 72hr bus pass great investment.

Great stay in lovely apartment close to old town. Good and prompt communication with host and then with Seno, who look after us very well. He have got to back to us with any questions or concerns promptly and was very helpful. The property was clean and well equipped. Outside seating was very peaceful and relaxing most of the time. ( some music at night, but you would expect that being close to the sea front) Perhaps could benefit from more comfortable extra seating, but we managed fine. Just thought it would be nice addition. We would definitely be back again and would recommend to friends and family.
