Good location away from the busy-ness of the old town

I was pleased I had chosen to stay out of the old town. It was a lovely 15 minute walk to the old town. Supermarkets nearby. Good to self cater.

nice stay

Communication with the host was very easy, they always replied quickly, and the check-in process was simple. At the meeting point, someone was waiting for us, guided us to the apartment, and explained everything clearly. The photos matched exactly what we found upon arrival, and we truly had a wonderful stay. The location was quite good — within 15–20 minutes on foot you can reach the Old Town, and the nearest beach is about a 10-minute walk away.

Very clean and solid accommodation!

Host was very responsive. VERY clean. Lovely window overlooking a bougainvillea tree. Quiet. Comfortable bed.

Getting there was a little confusing bc the street is busy and my google maps did not show the bus. Upon arrival, the host explained exactly how to use the bus and I was all set from there.

Clean and spacious room with very comfortable bed. Terrace was a nice addition and the facilities were sufficient for our weekend stay

Location is slightly out of old town however the walk is only around 15 minutes and we found a supermarket only a few minutes away. The kitchen could be slightly better equipped.

Not for people with mobility difficulties

The owner let me at the location because she resides in the front property. The location was centralized and many things are close by so they are walkable.

The room was too small for me to safely manage, the bathroom is not handicapped equipped, I nearly fell twice in the shower because it was super slick, the toilet seat was loose and the lid never stayed up even while using the restroom it kept hitting me in the back.

Host was lovely and let us hold our bags there before and after check-in. Room was clean and professionally managed.

Bit far from Old town Dubrovnik and on the main highway so was a bit noisy. No parking available.

Very good value within reasonable walking distance of the old town.

Wanted to leave our luggage at the apartment well before normal check-in time. This was agreed. Then on arriving to do so, we found all was ready to actually move in. The cleaning woman was there, checked us in and was friendly, chatty and helpful.

The apartment is located beside a busy road. So the noise of traffic is quite loud in the early morning. It didn't bother us, but some people might not like it.

Me gustó todo en general, lo que menos quizás la ubicación y el tipo de colchón pero eso es por gusto y estoy acostumbrado a uno más duro en mi casa.

No fue lo que esperaba.

La anfitriona muy agradable. Y hay una zona de aparcamiento gratuita como a 5 minutos andando, que si tienes suerte encuentras sitio.

El apartamento que nos dieron, no se nos parece a ninguno de los que aparecen en las fotos publicadas, mucho más pequeño. La cama es horrorosa, sábanas con pelotillas y almohadas incomodísimas. Y está a unos 20-25 min andando del centro.

Koel en ruim appartement

We hadden en vroege vlucht naar Dubrovnik maar konden gelukkig eerder inchecken. Onze kamer was ruim en kon goed gekoeld worden met de AC. Wij hadden onze huurauto nog niet opgehaald maar als je met de auto bent dan is er een grote (betaalde) parkeerplaats in de buurt. De host had ons uitgelegd hoe we via een aantal smalle straatjes snel naar het strand en het centrum konden lopen, heel fijn!

Super buena ubicación y bastante cómodo. Tiene un jardín pequeño bastante típico y la dueña fue super super amable con nosotros.

Lo único “malo” es que está al lado de la carretera y es un poco ruidoso pero cerrando la ventana está bien.

Logement très agréable avec personnel très sympa et arrangeant. Cuisine et salle de bain privée. Le logement n’est pas en centre ville mais on accède rapidement à la vieille ville à pied.

La signora è stata collaborativa e gentile, la stanza pulita e arredata con essenziale, bagno modesto e una buona doccia. Distante dal centro città, si trova comunque nelle vicinanze i bus 6 e 4 per arrivarci. Spiaggia di Bellevue a 250 mt. Supermercato konzum a 200 mt, per fare piccole spese.

Studio IM è situata sulla strada abbastanza trafficata ,è un arteria principale per arrivare verso il centro città , quindi con problemi di rumore,di moto e auto abbastanza sonori ....
