Washing machine was very convenient, very cozy atmosphere. Complimentary fruits and sweets upon arrival and no over complications with the self check in very quick and easy.
Hot water lasts around a minute and turns freezing cold after a long sweaty day of walking you just want a fresh lukewarm shower and but it’s absolutely freezing. Didn’t like how there was no lift and I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with 40kg in suitcases.
