Dubrovnik, como todas las ciudades turísticamente saturadas, es carísima. Y, en este contexto, el apartamento, por su situación y conexión con el transporte público, tiene un precio muy competitivo. Cuenta con dos habitaciones, por lo que es ideal para una familia o dos parejas.
Es frecuente que en los apartamentos turísticos con una alta rotación de clientes, los espacios más sensibles (la cocina y el baño) no estén tan limpios como sería deseable. No nos encontramos ningún problema de salubridad, pero nos habría gustado sentirnos más cómodos y no tener que lavar desde el principio cubertería, vajilla...

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht 100% ig sauber. Die Lage war perfekt. Wir waren 1 Nacht da, das war in Ordnung.
Es war zum Teil staubig, abgewohnt und ein Hinterhaus, also beim vorbei laufen konnten andere in die Wohnung schauen.

Within 20-30 minutes walking to Old Town. Very affordable and spacious. Full kitchen.
Scratchiest towels I've ever used. Horrible communication from owner. Wants all communication done through Whatsapp or a third party communication through a company somehow working through booking.com. Mattresses dirty. Socks dirty after walking on the floor.
