We had a very good stay at Allineed Dubrovnik Deluxe Studio. The host was excellent — responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how quickly they replaced the broken stovetop by the next day, showing great service and efficiency. The studio is within walking distance of Dubrovnik Old Town, though it is uphill with many stairs. We were aware of this before booking, so it was not an issue for us. The apartment also included private parking, which is a real luxury in Croatia. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent communication, quick support, and convenient location close to the center.

The main area that could be improved is the cleaning. The shower was not fully clean when we arrived and had visible footprints, there was quite a lot of dust, and the floor still had dirt on it. With better attention to housekeeping, the experience would be even better.

Even tho it's located close to one of the main streets - it was quiet and cosy. Modern, clean, comfy beds. Easy to get to (I mean, easy to find. Not so easy to walk up to from the Old Town. The stairs are never ending 🤣). Contact with the owner - on point. Big plus for the AC, I visited in May so not so necessary but still very helpful. Thanks Ivan!

The photos on the profile page are misleading, most of the photos are of the penthouse and not the "Deluxe Studio" which is actually a converted garage. The "Wardrobe" is just a metak bar with some coathangers on it and the kitchenette is one hot plate, a kettle that has so much calcium in it and has been propoerly cleaned and you can choose to use the hot plate or the microwave, but not both at the same time because there is only one plug point. The pillows are flatter than a pancake and the front door literally opens up to the road, so you have no privacy, if you want privacy you need to close the shutters.
