Guesthouse Braticevic

Great host, picked us up from the boat on our first day and was very accommodating. Went through a thorough review of where to go in the city. Apartment had an amazing view of the west side of the city and the water. Very clean and comfortable.

Really nice apartment (with free parking space) with a fantastic view over the harbour. A couple of things to note though - it is up a LOT of stairs! It's also about a 30 minute walk from the Old City - quite a pleasant walk except for the stairs on the way back (although there is a bus option). Hosts were lovely and the apartment it self is very nice.

Apartment is quite basic but has everything you need including beautiful views from the terrace. It's at the top of a hill so the walk to the old and new parts of the town is about 15 minutes but the walk back is longer and very uphill!

This is a great location and the hosts are very welcoming. The kitchen has everything needed for some meals and the washing machine (and outdoor lines) very appreciated. There was an issue with the air conditioner but once we reported it, they called in a service person to quickly attend to it. The only concern we had was the lack of railings on the stairs - the terrace overlooking the city is beautiful, but the stairs down to the door of the suite have at least 1.5m drop quite near the table and chairs. This would not be practical for younger children. However, there are stairs everywhere in Dubrovnik, most without railings, so this would be less of an issue for a local.
