Dubrovnik vacation not as good as rumored

Sea beaches and islands are beautiful. Apartment place is good location. The hotel price is reasonable compared to the general level of the region

Dubrovnik is an expensive place, crowded, difficult traffic. Apartment on the 3rd floor, has no elevator, not suitable for families with babies and the elderly.

Stijepo welcomed us friendly and very nicely. The appartment is great, clean, nicely and functionally furnished. It is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift, but it is OK. Stijepo booked for us and accompanied us to a very nice restaurant. He recommended a boat trip and we had a great day.

Gosp. Stjepan i gđa. Ines su savršeni domaćini, jako susretljivi. Lokacija je odlična, autobusno stajalište je blizu, kao i trgovina. Stan je odlično opremljen, kupaonice renovirane i čiste. Sve pohvale!

El apartamento es grande y cómodo, además estaba limpisimo y con todos los detalles cuidados (desde detergente para la lavadora y el lavavajillas hasta un amplio repertorio de sugerencias para el ocio ). El personal muy amable y muy atento en todo momento respondiendo rápidamente a cualquier consulta.

Schöne Wohnung mit hilfsbereitem Besitzer

Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat sogar eine chemische Reinigung ausfindig gemacht und das Jacket hingebracht und abgeholt. Auch die Transfers vom und zum Flughafen waren sehr gut zu einem fairen Preis!

Manchmal kommt Zigarettenrauch aus der daruntergelegenen Wohnung nach oben

Bardzo ładny apartament. Byliśmy w 8 osób. Spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Wszystko było tak jak w ofercie. Czysto. Apartament duży, 3 łazienki przy takiej grupie to ogromny plus. Blisko market Maxi Konzum. Blisko do Starego Miasta. Pobyt bardzo udany. Właściciel pomocny. Skorzystaliśmy z możliwości odbioru i transportu na lotnisko. Polecam.

Struttura ristrutturata e organizzata con cura completa di tutto x le famiglie, in una posizione comoda dalla città vecchia e quella nuova/ porto. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Ci sono armadi nuovi e comode poltroncine ovunque, aggiungerei qualche attaccapanni in più nei bagni.

Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde!

Sijainti oli erinomainen. Asunto oli hyvin varusteltu mm. kolme kylpyhuonetta, joissa kaikissa oli oma pyykinpesukone. Asunto oli todella siisti, myös kylpyhuoneet. Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa oli suihkukaappi, jotka olivat kuin uudet. Keittiö oli juuri uusittu ja siellä oli astianpesukone ja reilusti astioita. Lisäksi yhdessä huoneessa oli minikeittiö. Huoneistossa oli neljä ilmalämpöpumppua. Pesuaineita pyykkejä, tiskejä ja ihmisiä varten oli tarjolla. Tulimme yöllä ja kyyti järjestyi minibussilla ( erillismaksu). Meille oli hankittu hieman ruokaa valmiiksi jääkaappiin. Meitä oli kuusi henkeä ( ei pariskuntia) ja yksi vauva. Vauvalle oli järjestetty oma matkasänky. Lisäksi oli aivan uusi syöttötuoli pakkauksessa, vauvan amme, uusia leluja, sauva- tms. sekoitin vauvan ruokien valmistamista varten. Asuntoa vuokraava pariskunta oli aulis korjaamaan epäkohdat ja valmis tarjoamaan kyytipalveluita tarpeen mukaan. Huoneet olivat tilavia. Puhelimen sai laturiin yöpöydälle, jossa oli myös yövalo. Ikkunoihin sai laskettua pimennysverhon. Kaappitilaa ja henkareita oli riittävästi. Pyykkejä varten oli pyykinkuivausteline. Sisustukseen oli panostettu. Asunnon äänieristys oli hyvä eikä naapureista ollut häiriötä. Erinomainen hinta-laatu -suhde!

Parisängyissä oli tuplapeitto. Se ei toimi edes pariskunnalla, saati sitten kaveriporukalla. Yhdessä kylpyhuoneessa haisi voimakkaasti viemäri, toisessa tuhkakuppi ( vaikkei siellä sellaista ollut). Huoneisto oli toisessa kerroksessa, rappukäytävä oli hieman epäsiisti, mutta huoneisto ei. Tuloeteiseen olisi kaivannut vaatenaulakkoa takeille. Pöydän pyyhkimisrättiä ei ollut, vaikka muutoin oli hyvin varusteltu. Jonkun vessa ovi meni huonosti kiinni. Vessojen lukot toimi avaimilla ja lukon avaus oli äänekäs, ainakin yöllä tuntui siltä. Keittiön pistorasia sijaitsi niin, että piti tehdä erillisjärjestelyitä, että kahvinkeittimen, vedenkeittimen tai mikron töpseli yletti siihen. Myöhemmin saimme jatkojohdon, joka korjasi epäkohdan.
