We had a great stay at Apartments Nicol, I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Nicol and his family were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with!
The apartment was well stocked and the property was very enjoyable.
It is an uphill walk from the old town to the property, but it is well worth it and we felt it was a reasonable and enjoyable walk!

Our favorite accommodation in all our travels in Croatia. The hosts are extremely kind and treat you like family. The place is clean and comfy, the patio is lovely, it’s a great location in relation to groceries and Old Town, and the bed is huge.

A little way out of the old town so a few steps required, but the pool was the perfect way to escape the heat and crowds of the old town. The hoste was lovely, good recommendations and helpful with buses etc. Aircon was a lifesaver and Her dad even dropped us at the airport at the end of our stay.
