The apartment provided parking, it was clean with modern furnishings and well-maintained bathrooms and kitchen, responsive host, nearby grocery stores, and bakery.
The outside of the building was not well-kept; broken windows, less aesthetic curb appeal, poor lighting at night in common areas. The studio unit has views into neighboring building, so you have to keep curtains closed, no view. Apartment involves a lot of stairs or steep pathways.

Close proximity to the old town. Comfortable master bedroom and nice en suite bathroom and front balcony.
