Amazing views from the balcony and the location is perfect to visit the old town and the attractions. The caretaker Jelica was so helpful and her attention to detail is really praiseworthy Excellent property for a family of four with fully air conditioned rooms ( really a game changer if you are travelling in June or July)
Couldn’t find any fault but people with joint problems will struggle to negotiate the steps of Dubrovnik !

The terrace with a stunning view is worth staying there. Very short walk from the old town. Lovely thoughtful host
To be a bit fussy, I would say that the sofa needs to be changed, it is rather uncomfortable when / if watching tv

Perfect location, very safe area right beside shop, bakery and restaurant. Bed was very comfy! Jelica was lovely and responsive, giving clear information for accessing apartment and directions to shops, old town etc.
