Apartments Paula

Excellent location. It near the old town, but not in the old town which is perfect for us because it is crowded in the old town. Extremely near the bus stop. Paula is very helpful and friendly. More than enough towels for us to use! To go to the property without going through Dubrovnik steps, make sure to walk from pile gate, passing umbrella restaurant… there will be no steps until reaching the property.

The property is nice but needs some refurbishing like the toilet door frame is moldy. The kettle needs some de-chalking wash. Some corners of the unit is dusty (behind sofa area) as my daughter likes to play in the corner and brought out some dust.

The location is great, and the balcony is a perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

The Wi-Fi barely worked during my stay. Also, there was no shampoo provided. The towels were quite rough. The apartment is simple but has a well-equipped kitchen. The entrance is a bit narrow, which was fine for me, but it could be inconvenient if you’re traveling with large suitcases.

I liked the location. Apartament was specious and comfortable with a big bathroom.

The apartment vod have been better cleanedand their was no freshener as the bathroom was a bit smelly.

Nice location

No one met us on arrival at night, we had communicated our expected arrival time prior to our arrival. No answer on trying to contact the host. Booking.com not able to contact host either. They suggest we knock on which resulted in an aggressive man coming to see why we were knocking. Offered a refund to go and find somewhere else to stay,which was not acceptable at 11pm Host eventually arrived looking a little worse for wear. Never returned for the 10am check out either.
