The location is everything

This accommodation has a fantastic location. Just outside the Old Town, close to an ambient bay with a nice small beach and a few nice atmospheric restaurants/bars. Facilities were clean and exactly as in the pictures. The host and his family were very welcoming. A/C & Wi-Fi worked well. I would say this accommodation is very true to it’s reviews.

Although the location is overall super quiet and soundproofed well, one could hear other guests arriving during the night if they were loud outside in the stairways. Sometimes water pressure in the shower was weak but that is something that could be expected in an building of this age.

I don’t think you can find a better location than apartment Mia in Dubrovnik. Dino was very helpful and even kept our luggage for the whole day at his place, after we checked out. It was very easy to talk to him and found it very helpful with tips on what to do during our stay there.

The apartment has very comfortable rooms and is in a walking distance to old town. The owner, Dino, is very attentive and kind, taking time to explain and show different places and attractions we might like to see.

Very well located apartment facilitating the discovery of Dubrovnik.

Dubrovnik is indeed worth a visit and the geographic situation of the apartment is a real plus. The apartment is simple, but correct and clean. The host was kind,.

For a four person apartment, two chairs (stools) are not sufficient. The host did not seem to know that the full tourist tax is due only for adults above 18 (50% for teens 12-18 and no tax for children under 12) and insisted initially to cash 100% also for the children. After verification, he however accepted. So make sure you are not asked to pay full tax for children.

A very conveniently situated small cave !

Great location close to all sights, nice restaurant and little beach with beach bars. Bed was actually quite comfortable once you got into it

The room felt like a cave ! No room around the bed. Owner not expecting us and not very friendly to begin with(he did apologise for this the 2nd day). Took several requests to get a 2nd pillow and eventually had to knock owner’s door. Steps quite dangerous to access. Balcony above our bedroom very noisy with chairs dragging until early hours. Very expensive for such basic and small room. Don’t consider this one if you have mobility issues - awkward narrow steps and can’t get to sides of the bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartments Mia. Dino was an exceptional host.

Dino met us at a local nearby spot and walked us to the apartment. He was friendly and even arranged for an airport transfer for us to get back to Split. The location of the apartment is superb- beautiful location with a nearby restaurant and bar right downstairs.

I honestly found nothing that we didn't like. Everything needed was provided- towels, linens, pillows, etc were all plentiful and clean.

Perfect located and great appartment with friendly host

Greatest place to stay. Just by the entrance to the old city and meeting point for tours. Easy to go explore and go back for a break. The appartment was spacious, cool and clean. Great place!! Dino the host was the greatest host. Really friendly, easy to communicate via whats app and wanted to tell about the city and made me feel very welcome.

Amazing location, great house owners, and beautiful room! It is a shared entrance, but still very private with own bathroom. It was very clean. The location definitely tops everything. It’s only 5 minute walk to the old town entrance. We loved our stay so much and would definitely book here again! :)

The room is very well located near Pile Gate

The owner lives in the next bedroom in the same house, only separated by a thin wall….and every time we entered o left the bedroom he was coming out from his bedroom to ask where we were going (even at night!)….it seems like he was monitoring us all the time and he made us feel really uncomfortable

Massive space, perfect location (right next to Pile Gate right next to the fort. Doesn’t get better). Dino was an amazing host. So accommodating and full of character. Made my stay very pleasant

Tiny comment that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming up the pipes. But airing it helped. Very very minor comment.

Highly recommend!!!👍👍👍 It's really good location. Very close to beaches and kayaking about 2 mins, easily reach to main gate of old town about 5 mins walking and 10 mins to airport shuttle bus. Owner Dino and his wife are very kind. Provide so good suggestions on visiting. Room is spacy, have good view of beach and fortress tower. Really highly recommend to go alone or with friends. Best best location!! I wish I could stay longer, really gonna stay next time.👍👍👍

Excellent location but very expensive

Excellent location. Near the historical center and besides a great restaurant and a bar with terrace in front of the sea, not very crowded!

Extremely expensive for what you get. Two apartments where you almost cannot sit inside. Impossible to cook. Washing machine didn’t work. Curtains are so thin that everyone awakes at 6:30. If you are not a fan of Games of Thrones, there is not a justification for the extremely high price we paid. With the conversion rate from € to kunnas we paid more than a 5 stars hotel
