An exceptional stay: convenient, comfortable, with a great value and hostess

Spacious apartment about 15 minutes walk from the central bus terminal with even closer bus stops going to the old town. A great base outside of the Old Town for discovering Dubrovnik and its surroundings. The apartment was well equipped, air conditioned with good wi-fi, and quiet at night. Roberta was also a very gracious hostess. Everything about our stay here went smoothly and easily; it made our time in Dubrovnik very enjoyable because in such a busy city, it feels like coming back to an oasis at the end of the day.

Nothing—definitely one of the best apartments for value we’ve stayed in during our holiday.

Great host and location

Roberta was the nicest host you could find.Her husband is a taxi driver and we got him to collect us from the airport.Roberta met us at the apartment.Its a great place to stay.Its location is brilliant.It's just tucked up a bit from the main street.Theres a pharmacy just around corner a 3 minute walk.Then the supermarket is to the right with a ice-cream shop and cake and drink place.The bus stop is across the road.Resturants on either side of the street.The app is so quite and she's thought of everything.She showed us map of places to visit and great restaurants.Croatia is the most beautiful country to visit.

A great place with a lovely hostess

We had a lovely stay here! Roberta is a wonderful host—so warm and welcoming. She met us on arrival, gave us great local tips, and made the place feel like home. The apartment is on the ground floor, which was perfect since I was traveling with my parents. It’s cozy, spacious, and the outdoor seating area is a bonus. The single AC in the living room was enough to cool the whole space, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plus, the location is super convenient—there’s a supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, bus stop, and ATM just steps away. Would absolutely stay here again! Love from Sweden and India 🇸🇪❤️🇮🇳

Friendly host and a lovely clean and comfortable space in a nice, safe area.

Roberta, the lovely host, met us on arrival to hand over the key and also explained what was in the apartment. She also provided very helpful information about the local area - restaurant, store and beach recommendations that we looked in to and were not disappointed. Old Town is a short bus ride away and the bus stop is a 1 minute walk. We also walked from the bus terminal and it was an easy 10-15 minute walk. It's a lovely clean and comfortable space in a nice, safe area.

Dubrovniks little gem.

I was in this apartment for a week & it was very comfortable, fantastic location access to all Dubrovnik has to offer by bus, ferry or coaches. Supermarkets around. Facilities were great, it was a little home away from home. Roberta was lovely. Kitchen equiped with everything to cook for yourself. I made good use of the kitchen. The old town is accessible via buses, $2.50euro each way. Great place highly recommended, Very safe. Very comfortable, I am very glad I came across this little gem. I am a solo traveller.

The only thing I would say is the carpark outside the apartment is in use constantly, scooters, cars so lights & scooter engines. Does down around 11-to midnight.

Felt like home - warm, welcoming and perfectly located for everything we needed

We had a fantastic stay at Roberta’s place! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to give us lots of helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. You can really tell she cares about her guests. The property was very clean, with reliable WiFi and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also in a great location, easy to get around and with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay, highly recommend

Spotlessly clean. Wi-Fi excellent. Hosts were great. Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late but Pero picked us up from bus station. We had a late flight home so they allowed us to leave our luggage in apartment and told us to drop key in postbox after we collected it.

The location is very central, right opposite the ferry terminal, next to shops and cafes, and not far from the bus station. The apartment is very large and comfortable, with all necessary facilities, including a washing machine. I would highly recommend Pekoc.

The host was really kind and helpful. The apartment is big with a terrace, kitchen and washing más home. The car park is 5 min on foot from the property. There is a bus stop nearby to catch the bus to the old town, and it’s near the port to get on the ferry to the islands.

Great location, close proximity to the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, several coffee shops, public transport bus stop, with the bus line that goes directly to Pile Gate (main entrance to the Old Town), port of Dubrovnik where boats take off for daily excursions, bus station for intercity buses… Very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished, it has everything you need for a pleasant and efficient short stay. The hostess is very nice, friendly, and helpful in giving all the necessary information about Dubrovnik and how to get around. She made us feel very welcome 😊

Location next to Gruz Harbour and intercity bus terminal

Walking distance to intercity bus terminal. Apartment is big, spacious and very clean. Just within 20 m walk to bus stops to get to old walled city, the main attraction of Dubrovnik. If doing 3 islands tour, then the location is just right next to the Gruz harbour where the boats depart.

Kind host, superb location, with some unexpected surprises

The host was so kind and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable. Nice dining/sitting area. Good internet. Location is superb! Paid 10 Euros per day for parking at the harbor. That's how central the location is. Restaurants and supermarket are just a minute walk away. To go to the old town is a 5-10 minutes bus ride.

The apartment had some surprises. The hot water runs out easily so you need to wait for the tank to heat up and to conserve hot water. Some appliances were not usable due to being too dirty like the coffee machine and the washing machine.

Great location, but host does not honor check out times.

The location was amazing, right next to the shopping mall and next to the Gruz port.

I messaged the owner during our stay to say that there were ants everywhere. They were crawling in the toilet room around the shower floor, kitchen counter, living room, and on the couch, therefore we weren't able to utilize the couch because the ants kept crawling on us. I also restated at the end to the wife owner that I didn't feel like they did enough to deal with the ants. The owner claimed that she cleaned up the ants, but even if she did, the ants kept coming in from I have no idea where, it was like the apartment was infested with ants. The fact that the air conditioner was located in the living room, made the bedroom extremely hot. Even if you tried to sleep with the windows open the heat was unbearable along with the loud noises from outside and bugs coming in. The beds themselves, were hard as a rock, could not get a good night's sleep since the beds were so hard, we woke up with body pains. Owner promised a late check out at 12pm during our original correspondence weeks before check in, them when we met with the wife she said no, and that check out was at 10am. We were still packing our belongings at 9:30am still and the wife comes and continuously bangs on the door while we're packing and showering to get ready to leave. I had to tell her repeatedly at least 6 times that we weren't ready yet and still gathering our belongings. She continued to bang on the door and ask us to open the door when I said we were showering and such she still did not listen which was very inconsiderate. We agreed to a 10am check out, not 9:30am. This felt like an invasion of privacy esp. since my bf was still showering. When we finally did open the door at 9:50am to leave she said that she wanted to come at 9:30am to get started on cleaning. I then told her that we agreed to a 10am check out, not 9:30am.

Really nice, comfortable, really good for this price

It was a really comfortable, spacious apartment. It was extremely clean and recently build or renovated. The air conditioning was really helpful. There were a lot of shop nearby.

The equipment in the kitchen was a little less, than expected. It is okay if you want simple food, but not really enough to make a whole dinner.

Worth it

The flat is well located near the port, 10min walk from the main bus station and 40min walk from the old town. You can also take a bus to the old town. Check-in was really smooth, you can arrive and meet with the landlord later. The payment is cash in euros or kuna. The flat is really clean, there is everything if you want to cook, towels are provided and there is also a washing machine. It is a 1 bedroom with 1 sofa bed perfect for a family or 4 friends. You can also find restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

There is an exit light always on which can be annoying when sleeping in the living room.

雨が降ったせいで、夜寒くなり毛布が欲しかったが2人でシングルの毛布が一枚しかなかった。尋ねても1枚しかないという回答でした。
