Very pleasant

Location was nice, 15 minutes walk to the old city centre. Nera also gave us the opportunity to check in two hours early which was very helpful

We used it as a base for the old town. We spent 2 days on Rixos and Bellevue beaches which are just fabulous.

The location was great. It was spotless. There was air con. There were figs, promegrates, plums and grapes all growing in the small but very productive garden. Amazing!

Lovely and fruity spot to discover Dubrovnik

With 4 children (11-16) we really enjoyed staying here. Two balconies to sit outside with two sorts of grapes, pomegranate, figs, plum and lemon bringing shade and giving us healthy snacks. Mount Srdj and the Old Town are within walking distance. Our host was of great assistance retrieving a missing backpack that was left in Belgrade. We definitely recommend this place.

The nights remained hot and the two fans in both children’s room did bring some welcome airflow but if your loved ones are used to airconditioning you may want to look elsewhere. Also the heat made the aircon in our bedroom work overtime and that started making noise so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Very good

Location to city walls was great. It was about a 20 min. walk. We attempted to drive there and were stuck in traffic. Loved that there were one and half bathrooms; very convenient for our family of 5. Very quiet location. Terrace / balcony with table and chairs. Good internet. Comfy couch. Host gave us recommendations for places to eat.

There were two A/C's one in the main bedroom and another in the living room / kitchen and they weren't very cold. The two other bedrooms only had fans so apt wasn't very cool. Lighting in courtyard needs improvement... At night we used our cell flashlights to navigate to our apt. Note: parking is street parking and not guaranteed. We came back from a night in Cavtat and struggled to park. We squeezed into a spot and checked on car at dawn to make sure others could get by. Courtyard had some empty bottles of water piled up. Microwave could be a welcome addition to property.

Ideal apartment for active tourists

Very good location, away from the touristic areas, but ideal for any sightseeing option in town. All main sights within walking distance. Rustic setting.

The apartment was a bit used. Maybe a bit of explanation might be useful for the heating/cooling options. However the overall experience was really wonderful and would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

Simply beautiful. Home from home and much more.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the friendly greeting to the lovely welcome tray of tea and coffee and milk, etc to the balcony and patio and the extremely clean environment to the great shower this is a must go to apartment in a stunning city. Private and peaceful but only 5 minutes by bus or 15 mins walking to the Old City. Please give it a try. You will be delighted

Nice place but nightmare to find

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very quiet. Lots of toiletries and tea/coffee to welcome us.

The location given on the Booking.com website, and the directions on the google map were COMPLETELY WRONG, leading us to have to spend over an hour walking in search of the property as the owner was not available to take our calls, despite the fact that we had notified her in advance of our time of arrival at 6pm. She responded to our calls by sending an sms to us giving us a contact number for a family member who was waiting for us with keys but unfortunately was not able to explain in English how to get to the property. A nightmare in temperatures of 30+ It is unclear where the fault for the wrong information lies, with the owner or with Booking, but this is a serious failing which completely spoiled our evening in Dubrovnik.

Superb

Quiet place. Very spacious. Nearby hotel (for easy daytrip pick ups). Can take local bus to old town (4stops, 12/15kn). Local.minimaet down the road. Free parking (although it is streetside, the car was safe).

20min walk to old town, not negative but a point for noting. Steps to the apartment, may not be suitable for elderly. Apartment is located in someone's house, but we only passed them by, there is high level of privacy

Agradable experiencia.

Estaba todo muy limpio y bien equipado. El personal fue muy amable durante toda la estancia. La ubicación es buena, tiene cerca varios súpermercados y está a 10 minutos andando de varias calas muy bonitas. Además, se puede ir andando al centro histórico, en aproximadamente 15 minutos.
