I liked that the reception staff were friendly and that the apartment was clean on arrival. The location was great in a nice plaza with mini market shops and some bars and restaurants. The location is very pretty with a beach bar and beach club just a short walk away and swimming pools at local hotels available to use. I liked that it was a short bus trip to the old town etc. The reception staff provided an iron and ironing board when requested.
In the apartment we would have liked some tea/coffee refreshments to use like you often get in hotels. Sometimes the neighbours were a little noisy but this is not always something that the apartment owners have control over.

We had a lovely apartment suitable to a family of 4 with a small
Kitchenette. It is great for the summer as it has lovely Copa Cabana beach at a short distance from just behind their parking space. We will go back just for that. Near the apartments there are a few shops or convenience stores which will be so convenient in high season. The old town could be 15-20 minutes walk and it will be a bit hilly but it’s a great walk to take.
The room fragrance in the apartment was too intense. I did not think it is much needed as there is a big window both in the lounge and in the bathroom. I would just put a few drops of lavender essential oil or simply lavender sachets attached to the water robe and it will still smell amazing. I would also put a more visible sign near the hotel where you asked us to temporarily park for check-in before we went around to your actual parking spot.

Comfortable apartment, generally clean, very close from the sea.
Price is fair.
Nearby mini-markets, restaurants, pizzerias.
False advertisement that the place is a resort, and that the place has a pool and a lot of the added pictures don't belong to the apartment hotel.
It's just an small apartment hotel and the pool belongs to the Valamar hotels nearby and in order to use the pool you have to pay 10 euros per person a day.. I had to pay 30 euros every day for myself and my children.
Even the shop owners nearby know about this trick.
