We had a lovely apartment suitable to a family of 4 with a small
Kitchenette. It is great for the summer as it has lovely Copa Cabana beach at a short distance from just behind their parking space. We will go back just for that. Near the apartments there are a few shops or convenience stores which will be so convenient in high season. The old town could be 15-20 minutes walk and it will be a bit hilly but it’s a great walk to take.
The room fragrance in the apartment was too intense. I did not think it is much needed as there is a big window both in the lounge and in the bathroom. I would just put a few drops of lavender essential oil or simply lavender sachets attached to the water robe and it will still smell amazing. I would also put a more visible sign near the hotel where you asked us to temporarily park for check-in before we went around to your actual parking spot.

Loved this property’s location. Right in the centre of the glorious beaches of Babin Kuk. Local shops less than a 1 minute walk with lots of restaurants, and tourist shops. The bus was so so useful; just a two minute walk to the centre of Dubrovinik old town (bus number 6) for €2.50 per person! Very regular. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus. The pool was breathtaking (but we did not realize it was €10 per day…per person)… lovely lady who did our cleaning and replaced our towels every morning. Check in late and check out was so easy and we got great contact from the host Ivana. Would recommend Copacabana beach for day time, and Valamar for sunset views and swim.
We thought from the description it was going to be a garden terrace (as described) but we had no balcony/patio door access and no chairs outside. The pool access was €10 per day per person which I don’t remember reading on the description.

Beautiful, clean well equipped apartment that catered for the needs of a family of 5 . Spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of a hot tub. We were able to use the facilities of a nearby pool that had spectacular views of the sea . Some nice restaurants in the complex however the local bus took about 15 mins into the beautiful old town and was very good value for money . Ivana in Reception was very helpful and nothing was a problem.

There was someone there to meet us to hand over keys and show us into the apartment.
The apartment had what is said, two bedrooms, two bathrooms etc
It was clean, although the spare duvets were stained.
It was unseasonably cold. We weren't informed the aircon also acted as a heater so we were freezing cold. The beds only had an empty duvet on so we had to get duvets out and make the beds up. The spare duvets were stained - yuk!
The 2nd bathroom shower only had cold water until a few days later we told the lovely maid and she pointed out a switch behind the bathroom door to turn on the water, the man who let us in should have explained all these points. The accommodation was within a pedestrianised zone which was a bit of a concrete jungle with a few shops and restaurants. There were some glass shelves in the corner of the lounge going into the kitchen which we felt were very dangerous as they protruded, they could have easily taken someones eye out! The sliding door to the main bedroom left a large gap between wall and door and so it wasn't as private as it should have been. The apartment was OK but dated.
