We had a lovely apartment suitable to a family of 4 with a small Kitchenette. It is great for the summer as it has lovely Copa Cabana beach at a short distance from just behind their parking space. We will go back just for that. Near the apartments there are a few shops or convenience stores which will be so convenient in high season. The old town could be 15-20 minutes walk and it will be a bit hilly but it’s a great walk to take.

The room fragrance in the apartment was too intense. I did not think it is much needed as there is a big window both in the lounge and in the bathroom. I would just put a few drops of lavender essential oil or simply lavender sachets attached to the water robe and it will still smell amazing. I would also put a more visible sign near the hotel where you asked us to temporarily park for check-in before we went around to your actual parking spot.

We travelled 2/10, it was unseasonably cold, windy & wet. Dubrovnik is expensive but lovely.

There was someone there to meet us to hand over keys and show us into the apartment. The apartment had what is said, two bedrooms, two bathrooms etc It was clean, although the spare duvets were stained.

It was unseasonably cold. We weren't informed the aircon also acted as a heater so we were freezing cold. The beds only had an empty duvet on so we had to get duvets out and make the beds up. The spare duvets were stained - yuk! The 2nd bathroom shower only had cold water until a few days later we told the lovely maid and she pointed out a switch behind the bathroom door to turn on the water, the man who let us in should have explained all these points. The accommodation was within a pedestrianised zone which was a bit of a concrete jungle with a few shops and restaurants. There were some glass shelves in the corner of the lounge going into the kitchen which we felt were very dangerous as they protruded, they could have easily taken someones eye out! The sliding door to the main bedroom left a large gap between wall and door and so it wasn't as private as it should have been. The apartment was OK but dated.

Lovely !

Loved this property’s location. Right in the centre of the glorious beaches of Babin Kuk. Local shops less than a 1 minute walk with lots of restaurants, and tourist shops. The bus was so so useful; just a two minute walk to the centre of Dubrovinik old town (bus number 6) for €2.50 per person! Very regular. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus. The pool was breathtaking (but we did not realize it was €10 per day…per person)… lovely lady who did our cleaning and replaced our towels every morning. Check in late and check out was so easy and we got great contact from the host Ivana. Would recommend Copacabana beach for day time, and Valamar for sunset views and swim.

We thought from the description it was going to be a garden terrace (as described) but we had no balcony/patio door access and no chairs outside. The pool access was €10 per day per person which I don’t remember reading on the description.

Would highly recommend

Beautiful, clean well equipped apartment that catered for the needs of a family of 5 . Spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of a hot tub. We were able to use the facilities of a nearby pool that had spectacular views of the sea . Some nice restaurants in the complex however the local bus took about 15 mins into the beautiful old town and was very good value for money . Ivana in Reception was very helpful and nothing was a problem.

It’s fine but not perfect.

It was in a nice location and was comfy enough. The apartment is fine, definitely not awful as suggested by some reviews, but also not my best experience with accommodation to date.

It was really dirty under all the furniture so if you dropped something and had to pick it up it would be coated in old hair - very yuck. They were very pushy and weird about payments and their payment procedures were out of the ordinary and uncomfortable (e.g. having to click on links to make prepayments, full payment in cash on arrival, etc.). There is too much glass furniture jammed into the flat which makes it a bit stressful with kids.

Awful experience!

It's a scam! The description doesn't match what you get. there is no pool, the cleaning is lacking, the door can't close properly, it's noisy and the place is worn out. Do yourself a favor and google the place and the reviews before you book. We had to leave after 3 nights but paid for 7🤦🏼‍♀️

We went as 2 families (cousins). 4 adults and 4 older boys (aged 16-21). Bus routes were great. Range of restaurants. Fr

Friendly staff. Restaurants and mini market on site. Use of pool (€10 a day) and the beach (€45 a day for a sunlounger!) You can go to the next door hotel for a buffet breakfast (at an extra cost €22 when we were there). Good location and great bus link to Dubrovnik. I would recommend a city pass as you get access to the city walls and museums plus free bus trips.

Be aware the sun beds on the beach are rented out for €45 a day!! Showers in the apartment flooded.

Perfect for a family holiday

Apartment number 1 is spacious and well furnished, perfect for a couple with 2 kids, or even 2 couples as there are 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfy. The receptionist Ivana was always responsive on whatsapp. Towels and sheets changed every other day.

Could do with a toaster. Check out at 10 am.

We had a pleasant stay

- The location is great, on the western side of the city, near nature and 2 beaches. The bus takes only 20-35 mins to the centre and is quite frequent (abt 15mins/every bus) - The room itself is the same as in the listing, nice, quite clean and modern - The host Ivana is friendly, responsive and helpful - There is a Chinese restaurant next door, better and more reasonable than many restaurants in the city centre (be careful to check reviews of the restaurant before dining as there are quite a few "rip-off" ones in the old town)

- The surrounding area is not well-maintained. Partially because we came during a low-season time (beginning of April), but many infrastructures seem to have been abandoned for years. This is not a super big deal, but the photos of the actual site where the apartment hotel is located should be shown in the listing, instead of showing only the beautiful nearby hotels. - During the low season, don't expect the pools of the nearby hotel to be opened (although you have to pay to use them). As of the beginning of April 2025, they are still closed. Luckily, we can still enjoy the quiet beaches, which are only a few hundred meters away.

Comfortable

The apartment was huge and comfortable. We loved the terrace and the jacuzzi. The beach was very close by. We got clean towels and toilet paper every day. There was a beautiful kitchen, huge fridge, two toilets and AC in most rooms.

There was barely any wifi and the signal was very weak so even using mobile data was a hard no. Also, the water in the shower stayed hot for maybe 10 minutes before turning cold.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment you will love

Our stay at the apartment was wonderful! From the contact before we arrived to all the information Ivana shared with us. She is the nicest person in Croatia!!! The apartment is really beautiful and so is the view on the garden and ocean. Comfortable bed, shower and a kitchen + table which we were really happy with. We loved it all!! There is a busstop to the old city at a 2 minute walk and a delicious Asian restaurant nearby the apartment. Would definitely recommend and go there again.

Fantastic location and value for money - we would def go back again

Ivana on reception was amaxing and went out of her want to help me with Parking and making us at Home. She made herself available on Whats app during our stay. The Pool from the Valamar hotel was fantastic - very clean and no issues with finding a sunbed!

The area immediately outside our patio was a little rough and un finished - there was a disused and ruined building behind which my kids were attracted to - with broken glass etc but luckily there was no issues.

Thoroughly disappointed and let down. Avoid.

The best aspect of this place is the fact you can access the pools of the Valamar hotels in the complex, as well as their bars and live events.

This apartment is sold on a pack of lies. The photos on Booking are totally misleading. They make out you are on a resort complex, overlooking the sea, in a high end accommodation, with active and present staff. This is absolutely not the case. The apartments are in a dingy block at the end of a seemingly abandoned strip mall. The promised access to the pool is down an abandoned side alley by some bins and felt like we were breaking into someone's hotel. The apartment itself is falling apart. Curtains were sellotaped to the walls, all the lightbulbs were out on the kitchen, which was absolutely filthy when we arrived. We found a previous guest's shirt hanging in the wardrobe. The sideboard of the master bedroom was hanging off. There was a massive scratch across the TV. The sofas were stained. This first hour of our stay, after travelling all day, was to spot and report all of these things, do we couldn't be blamed for them. It was insane. In fairness, Nikolina was very apologetic. She even came to the apartment to apologise personally, saying she'd arranged for the cleaner to come again the next morning to do it again. The"sea view" was 90% a view of the roof of the apartment below, again, totally different from the images they advertise against. We have to self cater. The kitchen was in no way stocked as listed and could in no way accommodate the six people or claims to. There weren't more than three mugs! I also spent over an hour cleaning it before we could consider cooking in it. The lack of staff onsite meant that a party of drunk people immediately below us went on until 1am, with nobody official able to get it stopped. Eventually another guest demanded they stop, when they were screaming in the hallways. On our last evening, the kitchen sink pipe just split apart, flooding the floor. When we reported it, we were just told it'd be fixed for the next guests. We washed up in the toilet sink. Not good enough.

Our little 3 year old son loved this place because of the several pools available at the surrounding Valamar hotels and two lovely pebbly beaches only a few steps away )) The apartment was tidy and nicely decorated with a lovely patio surrounded with lots of green vegetation...

Buffet breakfast was at a surcharge for adults, at least for kids was free of charge...

Beach bar, pool bar and a sunset was exactly what we needed :)

Most of all the staff was super friendly and helpful! Thanks Nikolina and Ana :) We loved the location in a green tourist resort area offering pools and beaches just a few steps from our apartment which was so convenient. The apartment was spacious, clean, cold and airconditioned, surrounded with quiet vegetation...breakfast was buffet style and at a surcharge :/ but worth the cost

Different hotels share same pools in this resort so the pools are a bit busy in this period of the year, the pool canopy/sunbeds were available at a small surcharge, but apart from that the pools are really nice with lovely sea view and friendly pool staff that gave us lots of towels

Amazing location ideal for summer holidays :)

Great central location. apartment close to everything.

location great but building is off the beaten trail and very hard to find. 50 m to fab Copacabana beach. minimart and cafes are 50 m. bus stop 150m - 15 minute ride to Stari Grad. our apartment #5 really needs updating; very basic accommodation - terrace was unkempt. unit #6 was gorgeous if you can get it. The 7 Euro parking promised was 17E per hour at Valamar Hotel. housekeeper Ana was very helpful & kind. Our hostess left a key for pick up so that worked out.

We couldn’t find the property based on hostess directions, no direct street access. parking was not 7 Euro per day. apt 5 was very basic.

you had to pay cash, no credit card accepted, the apartment was in the basement, it was damp, mildewed smell , black stains of mold all over the apartment, the sink had a black ring of mold, the shower soap holder had a black ring of mold, black mold stains all over the walls, the bedroom vinyl floor was lifted with huge bubbles that went all the way to the wall and caused the detached molding to move up and down the wall. the window was actually a door that you could not use because it was as high as the back of the couch. no view, the bathroom got totally wet when taking a shower and caused me to have a severe fall, injuring my head and my hand. when notifying the staff, all we were given was extra towels. we had to go to the nearest restaurant and asked for ice ,they advertised parking as 7 euros but it actually costs around 18 euros a day

Comfortable apartment with hotel facilities :))

This place has everything you need and more! We had two amazing beaches just a 2-minute walk away, two swimming pools next to it with a nice restaurant serving buffet breakfast free of charge for kids :)) We enjoyed staying in a large comfortable apartment instead of a small hotel room and still having the advantage of using hotel facilities. A unique place, highly recommend!

Superb

The two bedroom appartment was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. Access to the beach and close to the bus, it's a 15 min ride to the old town. Free parking nearby was a plus considering the cost of parking in the area. Staff was friendly and flexible, very easy to check in and out.
