Fantastic host, couldn't have been better. Location Fantastic and the bus to the old town was extremely handy

Beds were a tad uncomfortable for me but that comes down to personal preference, I have a number of old injuries so take that into account

Just a 6-minute walk from the beach, this property offers convenient access to the sea and sand. There is a nearby parking lot where you can easily park your car. The Old Town is only a 10-minute Uber ride away, costing approximately €8.50. The property features a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full dinner. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the beach, explore the historic streets, or simply enjoy a comfortable stay, this place has everything you need for a memorable visit.

This property is best suited for families without elderly members (70+) or infants, as there are 64 steps leading up to the entrance. Please note that you cannot park your car directly in front of the building, so some walking from the parking area is required.

Ivana is a great host, she met us at the apartment and explained all the essentials with some great tips. She even reserved a public parking space for us. The apartment is comfortable with good facilities including a kitchenette, bathroom with a washing machine etc. There is a beach just few minutes away from the apartment which is great, especially for the kids, There is also a nice boulevard close to the apartment.

There is only one AC in the living room and no AC is available in the other two rooms. It can be really warm in Dubrovnik so having AC in all the rooms is a must. However, Ivana quickly provided us with 2 portable fans which is great on her part. Location is a bit far from the old town (15 mins by bus) or 40 mins by walking which is not recommended in summer.

Lokacija je odlična. Domačica je vrlo ljubazna i bila je na usluzi kad god je zatrebalo.

Način grijanja preko inverterskih klima zagrijava samo dnevni boravak ali ne i spavaću sobu. Toplu i hladnu vodu tesko je bilo regulisati i na sudoperu i u kupatilu. Nema čiviluka za objesiti jakne osim da ih se gura u plakar. Mračno stepenište kojim se dolazi do apartmana.
