Awesome place to stay in Dubrovnik/Lapad

The apartment is so comfortable and cozy and has everything you need and more to have a wonderful stay in Lapad. Easy transportation to Old Town and short walk down to the beach. It’s very nicely decorated and beautiful!! Lots of restaurants available within walking distance. Very nice owner who is very helpful and kind. Do not hesitate to stay here, it’s amazing!!

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is spotless, well maintained, and Biljana is very nice and super accommodating.

Location is fantastic. Lapad beach, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport are all within a 5 minute walk.

The only negative was that there is no electrical outlet in the bathrooms for personal hair appliances (flat iron). There is however a built in dryer on the wall.

A very nice apartment, decorated with care, a bit far from the major attractions (a plus for us)

Great, nautically themed apartment with a lovely outdoor patio. The kitchen is snug, but well supplied with most of the cooking basics available. Very close to a large grocery store and nice eateries. The host showed us around and offered insights on what to see/do and restaurants to try. One of our favorite meals was at Konoba Dubrava that served Peka. It was necessary to order ahead, which our host did for us

A bit far from the main sights, but Ubers were easy to come by and the slight inconvenience was offset by the quiet. No real view, with lots of higher buildings around, but still pleasant. There was construction next door, but we weren’t around much during the day. It may have been operator error, but the AC units struggled to keep up (when temperatures were much lower than summer temperatures will be)

clean, comfortable, good air con, good location

despite 2 separate tanks didn’t have enough hot water for family of 4 to shower for the amount we paid per day I would have expected better complimentary things. there wasn’t any cooking oil? there were only 4 coffee pods for a week? the shop we were near didn’t have any and we bought the wrong pods first time? which clearly others had done who left wrong coffee pods too

Excellent apartments, so happy to stay here

Awesome interior, nice ambience inside, very clean and cozy. I was with my wife, we felt 100% like home. Terrace is really nice to have breakfast or dinner. And location is perfect since it is only 5 min to the Sunny Beach that is obviously the best beach in Dubrovnik.

Excellent location, very close to great restaurants, beautiful coastline and good hypermarket. Great wifi and comfortable apartment. Very easy to go into town, we used No. 6 bus many times. Wonderful holiday! Recommend staying here you will be very well looked after 😊

We had problems with the AC but Mrs. Babic was very quick to get it fixed.

A beautiful place to stay

The apartment is very good, modern furnished and clean. There is everything you need. The owner is very nice and helpful. Close to the beach, not sandy but in Croatia there are no much sandy beaches. There is a big supermarket nearby and a lot of restaurants.

The only thing you have to take in mind is that there is a problem with parking in the area, especially if you book the apartment in high season. You should consider additional cost for renting a parking spot which is expensive or to be lucky finding a free parking slot nearby. The owner was helpful and found us a parking place nearby but i am not sure if this will be possible in high season.

Good

The property is really nice. The issue is that there is a construction outside making noise. It was almost impossible to use the terrace. We would never book this if we knew that it would so noisy. The future guests shall check whether the construction of the new house has been already finalised. The new building will also limit the view. Otherwise, very nice stay.

Great stay

It was a great apartment. Babic, the owner, let us to check-in early, gave all the useful information and she also checked if everything was fine during our stay. We were 3 friends and there were 2 bathrooms, so it was very convenient to stay there for 3-4 people. Location wise the apartment is 5 mins walk to the beach and there is a supermarket nearby. If you would like to go to Lapad Promenade, it is 5 mins walk as well. To go to Dubrovnik Old Town, you can take an Uber ride which is around 10 mins. There are also buses but we didn't try them. Instead on our way back we walked when the weather allowed, and that takes around 30-35 mins. You can have very good food in Lapad restaurants but unfortunately the prices are much higher than the main Mediterranean destinations in Europe. The beach is pebbly which is not a problem in general but it makes the things harder when you go in/out the sea. The sea was mostly clean and warm enough in late August. The showers are paid (2 kuna for 30 secs) which was the craziest thing :)

The small bathroom in the apartment was missing any shampoo/soap holder and it was really hard to find the optimal water temperature with the shower faucet, it was either very hot or very cold, needs a lot of time to fine tune if you are not lucky in the beginning.

Superb!

Everything is like in pictures! The hosted, very friendly host waited for us at the location and gave us all the information. Because we were celebrating the Orthodox pasta, he offered us a bottle of wine from the house. Everything was clean, comfortable and most of all I liked the details that embellished the apartment and created a very welcoming atmosphere. Very close is a super market, and a maximum of 10 minutes walk is a street filled with terraces, which leads to the seashore. Congratulations! We felt great!
