Great spot by the sea.

Great location, close amenities, self entry, quick response from owner who was very helpful and accomodating, beautiful view. The beach is so close and beautiful for a swim. The location is perfect for food, entertainment, walking and access to the local bus so you can head into town without any fuss.

Aggressive management company and sewer leak

I am sure they are nice people, but this was an awful experience both during the stay and after with the management. The first day of my reservation there was a sewer leak. The smell was so strong/bad it burned our nose and eyes. We could not use the bathroom at all and had to open all the windows just to enter the unit. We told the management team and the host. They said they would come by and fix, but no one showed for several hours. So we decided to book another listing and cancel this one. We really needed to use the bathroom for showers etc but could not. Seemed the only solution was to get another place. We informed the host and the management company we wanted to cancel due to the sewage leak. We never heard back from them for 2 days. only response was they would not honor our cancellation. Meanwhile, we found a MUCH nicer unit for the same price nearby. The new unit made our stay so comfortable. This unit is old and drastically needs an update (to the plumbing too apparently). But even more disappointing was the management company not willing to refund us our pre-paid reservation after we left the property. We told them this was an extenuating circumstance with the sewage leak, but the refused to refund the remainder of the trip. We asked them several times. Even Booking.com asked them to provide a refund and they refused. I think that is a crooked management company.

It was nice 2 weeks stay although not perfect :)

Close to the nice beach although a lot of stairs to get there (we got stroller and baby so that's difficult); helpful host; clean apartament with nice view of the sea; close to the restauratns and supermarket; near bus stop.

- a lot of stairs - towels were not changed every 3 days as statue said - ants - no baby bed or any baby facilities

The host welcomed us on the street in front of thr house, was very kind and helped us with some practical information. The apartment is part of a family house. It was clean and spacious, with windows looking on the nearby beach. The Old City is accessible by a bus that stops at a nearby street. The apartment is highly recommended.

Pros Clean apartment, The apartment was very Modern, Fully equipped television, Good air conditioning in hall ways and living room, very quiet location apart from the last night, Relatively good location for young and fit. Or those that can buy taxi services, Good size beds and bedrooms, Lots of information left out, which was really useful, including maps etc.

Cons Upgrading utensils, as some were rusting and dirty, Ceilings were very low (kept hitting head) No air conditioning in bedrooms, very warm and pretty uncomfortable. No black out blind in one of the bedrooms, making the room very light. There is only coffee, oil and balsamic Vinegar in the cupboards. Nothing else. Checkin and check out times change. So we thought check in was at 1PM, the rules on the fridge in the apartment says 1 PM, however, we were informed 2 PM. Check out is very early, you have to leave the apartment at 10AM. Most apartments are 11AM till 2PM for check out. We asked, and were informed it takes 4 hours to clean the apartment. We found this lightly unreasonable. Overall we would give it a 3 star, this hotel is not disabled friendly, and if you struggle with steps, then there is around 90 steep stair steps in total to get to the beach.

Zweckmäßig f. Kurzaufenthalt

Gute Lage, Treppe runter, Bushaltestelle nach Dubrovnik in der Nähe.

Unbequemes Bett, zu weich. Sauberkeit der Küche lässt partiell zu wünschen übrig. So etwas geht nicht. Wer mit einem Kind anreist, sollte wissen, das 2. Zimmer ist sehr schmal, schmucklos und nicht heizbar.

Super Balkon und Ausblick Viel Platz Schöne Lage

Matratzen sehr durchgelegen, sollte man ersetzen! Klima nur in einem Schlafzimmer Teppiche sollten entfernt oder mehr gereinigt werden Türen sollten geschmiert werden (knarzen sehr laut - besonders in der Nacht störend)
