Beautiful apartment, amazing host!
Niko was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every little detail was perfect so we truly felt at home. The apartment is modern, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need—it looks exactly like the photos! The location is fantastic, just steps from Lapad Beach and only a short ride to the historic center. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our family trip!
Balcony doesn’t have a view but it’s really not an issue .

A home away from home!
Such lovely hosts. Warm and friendly. They almost felt like family. What a beautiful apartment that's so impeccably clean and well equipped with all necessary facilities. Spacious. Big TV. Two well equipped bathrooms with lots of towels. Lovely view and a few minutes walk to the big nearby beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Quiet spot. Fantastic for rest and relaxation too! We could have stayed longer! Thanks for a very enjoyable stay. Kids loved it too!
Nothing not too like. This certainly didn't affect our very enjoyable stay, just a note for other travellers. A 10min taxi ride is needed into the old town between Eu10 and Eu25 depending on the time of day. You can also take the bus from the bus stop a few metres from the apartment, although we didn't use it. Taxi for us was perfect!

Estancia de 4 días en familia en Dubrovnik
Alojamiento muy adecuado para familias. El piso dispone de 3 habitaciones (2 con cama de matrimonio y otra con dos camas individuales), 2 baños completos y cocina office. La vivienda está a dos minutos a pie de la parada de bus de la línea 4, que te lleva al mismísimo Old Town. Aún y así, si vas con coche, tienes parking gratuito en la puerta. Alojarse en Lapad es una muy buena opción para visitar Dubrovnik, estás cerca de la ciudad pero lejos del bullicio. Nico, el propietario, fue muy amable con nosotros y nos recomendó buenos sitios para visitar así como también restaurantes. Agradecemos mucho a su mamá (lo siento, no recuerdo su nombre) la tarta de arándanos que nos hizo como detalle de bienvenida. Gracias!!!
Nos gustó todo! Sabemos que Dubrovnik es caro, pero el precio me pareció un poco elevado
