Stunning property with amazing host

The property was in a great location to access both the Old Town and Lapad. Bought the Dubrovnik pass and was able to travel easily on the bus. Karolina was very welcoming and a great host.

Host was excellent, meeting us and giving us tips and advice. Kitchen had all that you needed and some available supplies eg basic cooking staples. The facilities were very good with a bbq and laundry among the things available.

The owner was really nice and greeted us upon arrival and told us everything we needed to know and some tips. The place was in an ideal location, near public transport. Everything we needed was accesable, like, washing machine, a fan, iron. The pool was amazing and available 24/7, the view was fantasic. The room was pretty and clean.

Loved it. Dubrovnik is beautiful.

Very friendly host, Karolina, met us and explained everything and tips on what to visit. Get a Dubrovnik pass, definitely saves money for an adult, and includes bus fares!. It’s about 5-10 mins by bus from the old town (40 mins if you want to walk). Right next to a bakery.Very peaceful place. Lovely pool.

Serene retreat close to the hustle and bustle of the city

If you're looking for a quiet place to escape the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik old town but still be close enough to all major attractions and activities then this Villa Peragro is for you. The pool, the room, the facilities were perfect. There's a gym and washing room. The Lapad promenade is a 10 min walk away and Dubrovnik old town is 10-15min bus or Uber ride away. Beaches can be reached within 10 minutes walk.

Nothing major but the kitchen knife was very blunt, it and it would have been nice to have pepper as a staple condiment in the kitchen (there was salt, vinegar, instant coffee).

Absolutely stunning, great location, 5 minutes from old town on a bus and 10 minutes from local town Lapad. Great views, private pools and private apartment it was amazing. A truly amazing place to stay for our 9 nights. Host was so helpful on arrival advising where to go and where to visit and places to eat. Highly recommend this property for a stay in Dubrovnik.

Beautiful Villa for a couples getaway!

We absolutely loved Villa Peragro! The Villa is located a short bus ride from Dubrovnik Old Town and was nearby supermarkets, restaurants and sunset beach. The villa itself is beautiful with great views and all the amenities you could wish for! The pool was a big plus and has plenty of seating for all guests. We had use of a BBQ and had a relaxing BBQ one evening in the outdoor seating area at the villa which had a TV! There was also a gym which guests can use! Karolina was a great host, she introduced herself and was always available if we needed her - such as helping us with the BBQ! Gode, who works at the Villa, was also very helpful and showed us to our room and provided great recommendations/information about the area! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Paradise on earth in Dubrovnik

Karolina was the most heartwarming hostess we could have wished for. From the moment we arrived at Villa Peragro, we felt at ease — it felt like home! Karolina provided clear instructions on how to get to the old town and recommended the best things to do in Dubrovnik. She also helped us plan how to make the most of our time there. Before we left, she stopped by to see how our stay was going and to find out what we had done. Karolina's genuine interest in her guests is admirable! She was undoubtedly the friendliest person we met in Croatia! The rooms and the outside area were both sublime and very clean. Also, the rooms had just been renovated, which was an added bonus. The pool was lovely to relax by in the hot afternoon sun. There are also numerous supermarkets within walking distance of the villa. If we came back to Croatia, we would definitely come back here! Highly recommended!

Extraordinary host, brilliant location, immaculate and spotlessly clean accommodation, garden area, and pool surround.

We loved everything about this stay! The host was so welcoming, helpful, and amenable. We were able to store our luggage and make use of the facilities on our final day, prior to an evening flight. The apartment, garden, and pool areas are immaculately kept and spotlessly clean. Great to have our own wee private table and chairs outside our apartment door. Beds and sun beds were so comfy. Was very handy to have access to a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area. Gym, which we made good use of, is well kitted out. Location-wise it’s fab. 10 minute bus ride to the old town or a 30/35 minute walk. It was a 15 minute walk to Lapad restaurants, beach, and walking trail beside the sea. Bakers is a few minutes walk from the villa. Supermarkets were a 5 minute walk from the villa. Our lovely host gave us some great recommendations of places to eat, things to do, and places to go. Without doubt, this is the nicest self-catering villa we have ever stayed in!

There’s nothing we would have changed or preferred to be different about our stay.

Fabulous place to stay

Perfect spot to enjoy Lapad and short bus ride to the old town. The apartment was beautifully decorated, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The gardens and pool area are equally impressive and inviting. Karolina is a wonderful welcoming host, explaining how we could make the most of our short time in Dubrovnik, her recommendations were spot on. Lapad promenade is an easy 15 min stroll and Ubers were a quick and easy way to get around. Fabulous place to stay in every way, we’ll be back

Loved it and certainly would return

The villa is in an excellent location. Within walking distance to the promenade where there are lots of restaurant and a beach. The bus stop is close by which is very cheap along with Ubers. The studio is small but very clean. The beds are really comfortable. Having travelled around Greece before arriving it was useful to make use of the laundry. The pool was beautiful and relaxing and has sufficient comfortable sun beds for everyone. Our host Karolina went above and beyond and responded very quickly to any questions. I would certainly return to this property if I was to visit Dubrovnik again.

Overall a fantastic stay at Villa Peragro, the host Karolina is one of the best in the business.

Villa Peragro is a hidden gem. As a solo traveller this location was ideal for me as its away from the hustle and bustle of the old town and the main roads. There are plenty of amenities such as bakery, convenience stores, a bus stop, local bars and restaurants close by. The host Karolina one of the sweetest ladies I've ever met on my travels made me feel so welcome and was very helpful and resourceful for all your holiday needs. The place is fantastic and I would highly recommend and would return to this location for sure. The rooms are air conditioned as it can get very hot in Dubrovnik. The pool is fantastic very refreshing and the place is spotless. Its so clean and fresh.

Perfect Villa in Dubrovnik

Beautiful modern villa decorated to a very high standard. The swimming pool was excellent with the most comfortable sun loungers. Great views. We also had use of a washing machine. Karolina the host was fantastic making recommendations for the area and excellent communication throughout our stay. 20 minute walk to the coastal walk with restaurants. A bakery less than 5 minutes away. Short UBER/bus ride to the old town. We were able to arrive at the villa early and on the day of checkout we had a late flight and we were able to store our bags and use the facilities.

Amazing, we enjoyed every minute :)

The host (Karolina) was very lovely and welcoming. She provided us with lots of information, was available if we needed anything and explained everything to us. The villa had everything we needed, and we was also able to use the laundry room and gym if we wanted to. The rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. The villa had an amazing view over Lapad and the location was perfect for us. A short walk down to sunset beach and a buss ride into the old town. Our trip was a for a relaxing break, we got to see lots of the city and also spend time chilling at the villa. We would 100% recommend to stay here to our friends and family.
