Very quiet and peaceful, yet only minutes away from cheap public transport that runs every 15 minutes

The host was lovely and very welcoming with lots of useful information. The grounds were beautiful, pool lovely with sun loungers, parasols etc with a lovely outside eating area/bbq and TV. The rooms were a great size, very comfortable beds and bathrooms very modern. Everything was clean. The location was great, in the middle for the beaches and the old town, bus route just 5 mins away.

It’s in a quiet location but with very easy access to the bus route to the old town. Very quiet. The studios are spotlessly clean, very modern, new bathrooms and very comfortable. Lots of towels and water and beer in the fridge plus team and coffee facilities. Fabulous pool and lounge chairs, TV area, great free laundry. Karolina was so welcoming and helpful.

I can’t stop recommending and thinking about this place. I’m so lucky that me and my husband had an opportunity to stay there. So, first of all, we have been looking for a place in Dubrovnik with a pool. And the pool area, views from there are stunning, everything is new and beautiful. Rooms are perfectly clean and equipped with absolutely everything you need, beds are super comfy. This Villa is in very good location, easy to get to Dubrovnik old town, shops, restaurants around. And the cherry on top to this place is host - Karolina. She’s such a good person, so helpful, so kind and sweet. She welcomed and helped us so nicely and we saw how she meets other guests, she super nice with everyone. And I think that this place has such a calm and beautiful aura because of her.
