Perfect location, easy access to old town approx 15mins away either by taxi or public bus.
Very comfortable apartment with good view of the bay and bridge from the balcony.
Comfortable bed and pillows with clean covers.
Quick response from host who kindly offer luggage storage. Would 100% recommend this apartment.

Garage avaliable for free, which is very useful if you come by car (in Downtown Dubrovnik there are parking lots that cost 10 euros per hour).
Old Town is reachable by a 40min walk (there is also a bus stop avaliable nearby) and there is a supermarket nearby (Skudenac) and also some good restaurants.
Very good price-quality ratio.
Sympathetic hosts.
Air conditioning, a fridge, a stove, an oven and a washing machine are avaliable.
Quiet area.

Perfect place,very good location not so far from the center. Walking you can easily find shops and restaurants. Very good contact with the owner from the first day we booked. Apartment was spacious for 4 people, have 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen which was equipped very good. We got a garage key for the car (with returnable deposite). We are highly satisfied and we recommend this apartment to others. The best place.

It's surprisingly hard to find a place in Dubrovnik with car parking included. In contrast, here you receive a garage. :-) I was in the ground floor, so it was colder and more humid. Good for summer time, not so good during colder months. Bed is perfect and that's the most important for a longer stay, and there is also a kitchen and a washing machine. The historical city of Dubrovnik is reachable either on foot or by bus.
I was there at the start of April and weather was not very warm, I was in the ground floor and it was not very warm inside either. And then there's a typical problem... my GPS navigation led me wrongly, because not all of those supernarrow streets are allowed for cars or they are allowed only in one direction, I was particularly unlucky this time in Dubrovnik. And it's better to go there in a smaller car. ;-)
