Decent stay, but only if you cant find other alternatives

The apartment is located quite near the Sunset Beach. You can walk to the beach. Although it is not close to the city, the bus stop is also very close. The kitchen had almost all the utensils and basic amenities you would want. There were two bathrooms which help in the larger group.

The apartment given us had only one air conditioning for two rooms and the common area. There was a loft with two beds, and the air conditioning was there. The other two rooms were below, with no air conditioning. So if you close the room doors, you have nothing. Since we were a family, it was still manageable, but that might be an issue for multiple couples. The stairs to climb to the loft is risky, and maybe children can do it easily, unsuitable for all elders. The property also mentions that there is parking. Be aware that there is none on the property, but it is a street parking in an extremely narrow lane. They did help us find parking, but while parked there, our car got scratched, no fault of ours. You will not be able to located the property on your own. Call the owners when you arrive and be ready to climb stairs.

Dangerous and awful apartment. Impossible to park

The ad said there was public parking available. This is why we selected this place. There is not. It is impossible to park on the street and if you try (there is not sign saying it is forbidden and all locals park there) there will be a crazy Croatian shouting at you and threatening you in front of your children. The owner will tell you this is normal... There is even no place to stop the car close by to get the luggage in / out. Moreover, you need to go through 10 mins of stairs to get the apartment - with all the luggage. The owner did not offer any help on this when we arrived with 4 small children. The apartment is very basic and has old and rough furniture. There is no TV, no sofa. There is nothing on the kitchen to prepare breakfast (i.e. microwave oven, toaster,...). Staircase is dangerous for children. A number of the lights did not work. There is only air conditioning in the upper floor - so you had to freeze the one sleeping there.

They have two really nice dogs who great you. The flat was clean and airy.

We had a little trouble contacting the owner to get access. But it all worked out. No heat in the bedrooms and it was cold at the time of our visit in April. Not sure how the AC might work in the bedrooms in August.

Freezing cold apartment. Not easy to find this address. Lots of steps. Heating from heater and air conditioner did not help to warm the place. Shower in the bath difficult to control.

El apartamento no merece la puntuación q le dan, completamente austero, cocina sin ninguna equipación( ni una simple balleta, cubo o fregona) tampoco cafetera, tostador....nada. bastante deteriorado, solo tiene una pequeña cocina con una escalera en medio, dos habitaciones y dos baños, un apartamento solo para dormir. No lo recomiendo,.

Estaba bien ubicada, y el precio. Nos dejó crema solar y la mujer fue amable. Toallas limpias. Casa viejita pero cuidada

Es MUY pequeña, y no es una casa completa para ti. Se alquila por plantas, la nuestra fue la mitad de la 2ª planta y los anfitriones viven debajo, por lo que el jardín es compartido. La cocina y el espacio común era extremadamente pequeño, y no había campana extractora en la cocina, por lo que al cocinar todo se llenaba de olor, especialmente la habitación superior que no tenía puerta. La escalera que sube a la habitación de arriba era muy incómoda y peligrosa, cero apto para personas con movilidad reducida. A partir de las 10 de la noche ni siquiera se puede estar en el balcón fumando, se quejaron del ruido y solo estábamos hablando. No hay gel ni champú
