Great place to stay in Dubrovnik

A speciose balcony with a nice view. Though, you can see only a small piece of the sea from there. The apartment is equipped nearly with everything. While staying we cooked often and everything was just at hand. The parking is underground which is cool. The Internet (wifi) is surprisingly very fast. I could work and had video calls without any issue. It takes about 5 mins of walk to get to the beach without climbing to any serious hills. The supermarket and promenade with (not cheap at all) restaurants is super nearby.

It was a brand new, really clean apartment with everything you need. They had baby cot and private parking opportunity. Also, hair dryer, iron etc. Good restaurants and beautiful beach next to the building. Also big supermarket about 200 metres away. We are really happy that we chose to stay there instead of old town.

Exceptional

We have been to many appartments, but this one exceeded ALL our expectations. First of all, the appartment looks much better in real life than on the pictures. It is obvious that the host has thought about all the small things as well! Everything was extremely clean and modern. The location could not be better. 100 meters of the beach with all the terrasses and restaurants around. The supermarket is also on walking distance. We went to this place without having planned anything, the host of the appartment gave us the best recommendations, such as a boat trip and the best restaurant. In addition the host responded super fast on any of our questions which was helpfull during the stay.We plan to come back to this plagge and we strongly recommend everyone else to take this appartment. In fact our friends were staying in the sheraton and they even regretted not to have taken an appartment here due to the handiness and location. We also loved the balkony for late night lounging with a good breeze.Long story short, best quality price ratio we have experienced in terms of apparments.

Boravak u ovom smještaju bio je pun pogodak! Lokacija je fantastična – Lapad nudi blizinu plaža, restorana i kafića, a opet pruža mir i tišinu potrebnu za pravi odmor. Smještaj je uredan, prostran i izuzetno čist, s modernim detaljima koji ga čine ugodnim i toplim. U blizini je i velika trgovina za opskrbu. Domaćini su ljubazni i uvijek dostupni za pomoć, a njihova gostoljubivost čini da se odmah osjećate kao kod kuće. Dodatni plus: siguran parking u garaži. Ogromna prednost u Dubrovniku, pogotovo ako putujete autom – bez stresa oko traženja mjesta ili parkiranja po strmim ulicama. Definitivno bih se vratila! 💙

Superbe endroit !

Excellent emplacement avec tout ce qu’il faut pour être super fonctionnel. Notre hôte Ivana très disponible et rapide à répondre . Tout récent et ultra propre !! Sommes très heureux d’avoir choisi Lapad pour notre séjour car à proximité de la vieille ville mais du coup, nous a permis de sortir de la cohue des visiteurs . Épicerie et restos à deux minutes à pied. Coup de cœur pour la plage de Sunset avec ses petites criques pour se baigner !! Avons tellement aimé l’endroit que nous avons prolongé notre séjour :)

Superbe, je recommande!

L'appartement est superbe, moderne, grand, bien équipé, très propre. L'emplacement à Lapad est un bon compromis pour visiter Dubrovnik et profiter de la mer. La plage est accessible à pied par un petit chemin et des escaliers en 5 min. Supermarché et quelques restaurants à proximité. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir laisser la voiture en sécurité dans le parking sous terrain de l'immeuble. Les parkings publics sont hors de prix. C'est très facile d' aller à l'entrée des remparts avec le bus 6 ou un uber ( 9 euros, 10 min de trajet). Les échanges avec Ivana ont été très faciles pour nous guider à notre arrivée, elle nous attendait pour nous remettre les clés et elle nous a donné toutes les informations utiles.

La vue sur le côté depuis le balcon n'est vraiment pas belle, il y a un terrain vague avec des gravats, barres métalliques etc Une suggestion: laisser un parasol dans l'appartement, le soleil tape fort sur la plage!

L'environnement, l'accès au bord de mer, la promenade en bord de mer proche et très accessible, l'orientation (coucher de soleil !) les équipements très complets, l'accueil de notre hôte. Point important : l'accès rapide à la vieille ville par le bus ligne 6.

La musique en soirée jusqu'à minuit d'établissements proches (Mais triple vitrage sur les fenêtres, donc tolérable fenêtres fermées)
