Location was great. Food, beverages, bakery plus restaurants were on ground level. Secure garage. Easy to use Uber when moving around Dubrovnik. The apartment contained all the essentials for comfortable living

There was a slight plumbing problem but I am certain it will be soon repaired. The hot water was too hot and should be adjusted -- be careful.

Fantastic location with stunning view

Excellent apartment well equipped and spacious. Location was perfect next to the beach with the beautiful view on the bay and short walk to all the bars and restaurants, market, drugstore etc. Bus station for the line driving to the city center is right outside the building so in a few minutes ride you can be in the old town. We spent mostly our time on the balcony which was fantastic. Apartment has everything for a pleasant stay of family or group of 5-6 people.

Pleasant stay in a nice apartment and area

Lovely clean apartment, well equipped with everything you need. It was great to have a washing machine! The views are amazing too!! Vinko the host picked us up from the airport which was handy not having to find an uber. He was very friendly and gave us a good tour of the apartment. The area is very nice, personally I am pleased we did not stay in the old town, was far too hectic and it was nice to escape from after having done what we wanted to. We were SUPER grateful to be allowed a late check-out as our return flight was in the evening. Thank you to Vinko and the team, we had a nice stay. :)

Unfortunately one of the Velux blinds in one bedroom was broken so that let light in right above your head in the morning. Not a huge problem though! Only other thing, where the shower mats had been left down wet, they got a bit mouldy and smelly. I rolled them up and cleaned the shower floor which resolved the issue.

Fantastic apartment in a great location.

The location was brilliant, right by the beach with a bakery, supermarket, cafe and restaurant all in the complex. The apartment itself was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Fantastic view, windows on 3 sides, two balconies and lots of light. The number 4 bus stopped immediately outside the apartment block, so travel to and from the old town was quick and easy. Would thoroughly recommend

It's hard to find a fault with this accommodation, but as we were travelling light, some beach towels would have been good to have.

Modern and well equipped , location excellent . Bus only 10 mins to old town , walkable to loads of beautiful swimming and hiking spots and restaurants on the east side of the bay, beside a supermarket and a good restaurant . Really happy that we didn’t stay in the old town . We were five people and it was perfect .

It’s a bit noisy in the mornings if the windows are open but the windows are soundproofed when shut so not an issue .

Great stay and location

The location was great with a small supermarket and restaurants downstairs. Bus stop was in front of building. View was spectacular from balcony. Apartment was spacious and modern.

Could have been better equipped with kitchen towels, more than 2 larger coffee/tea mugs, bottled water and other amenities. Although tap water is supposed to be potable, it tastes funny and is especially noticeable in tea. However, would definitely stay again.

Very spacious, immaculately decorated and super clean. It was more fully equipped than we could have ever expected. The location was amazing. The complex had a bakery, cafe, boutique, grocery store, gym, cinema and restaurant just to name a few. The view over the beach was spectacular. The location was away from the Old town so it was more peaceful and only a quick bus ride away. Our host collected us from the airport and kindly settled us in and sorted payment. Overall an absolutely fantastic accommodation and I would highly recommend for a family or a few couples. Thank you Antonija and also to Vinko. Brilliant stay!

Spacious and comfy modern flat, with all necessary equipment for a relaxing stay. Extremely nice and helpful host. Direct public bus connection to old town, although we only used taxi rides (approx. EUR 5-6/ride to town centre). Affordable airport transfer by host.

As seems quite normal in Croatia and Montenegro, which we visited on the same trip, check-out time is a bit early (10 a.m.). No other negative feedback.

Excellent modern apartment , met all expectations.. right on the beach , excellent view, huge patio to sit with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine . Supermarket and restaurants on the ground level. Very helpful host, he arranged transportation for us which saved us a lot of time. We could leave our car with our bags in the garage on the check out day, which was again really helpful.

The parking is in the underground garage of the building but the building is in a one way street. Had it been mentioned we would not have had to go twice around the block. Ultimately the host informed us that since the garage was less than 50 meters away it was ok to enter the one way street.

Location and luxury made for a great stay.

Fantastic location in the Lapad neighborhood with an incredible view over the bay. We loved sitting on the balcony with a drink and watching the sunset. Great beach just across the street, cafes, bakery, lots of restaurants in the area. The promenade nearby was lovely, too. The apartment furnishings were high end and chic. The beds were comfortable, the AC (with separate controls in each room) was effective, and the showers were the best we’d encountered in Croatia - powerful, with lots of hot water. We made use of the washer/dryer, too, though the combo machine is not the most efficient. The kitchen had everything you needed. The underground parking beneath the building was super convenient and secure, with an elevator that whisked us right up to our 3rd floor apartment. We took Vinko’s advice and took the public bus to Old Town rather than fight for parking in the city. The buses were clean and air conditioned and the bus stop was right outside the apartment building so it was easy. We only stayed two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. We really liked it here.

Very spacious and stylish apartment , 3 bedroom, 3rd floor corner apartment, STUNNING sea views, evenings on the big terrace viewing the sunset are amazing! The apartment is very clean and new, has everyting you need! 3 min to the beach , 15 min by bus to the Old Town ( bus stop just below the apartment building) . Supermarket 2 min from the Block, Bakery , restaurants, all nearby. We stayed 3 nights with our 4 teenager kids and absolutly loved it. Don’t think , just book! Really worth its money!!!!!

This apartment was the best we stayed in while travelling around Croatia. It was very spacious, huge in fact. It was immaculately clean and very modern. The AC worked in all the rooms. The view from the apartment was stunning. Seldom I ever give 10 out 10, but I have no hesitation in recommending this stunning apartment with a 10

The perfect find for our mini break!

what’s not to like about this property! The location is perfect - out of the old town, but easily reached by the number 4 bus from right outside the apartment. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, at reasonable cost, and a supermarket, cafe and bakery right within the complex. The views are to die for and you get the sunsets from this side of the city too. The property manager and support staff are just the nicest people! they couldn’t do enough for us - even organised decorating my room as a surprise for my birthday!! They’d thought of everything you may need within the property too. We, as a group, all agreed we couldn’t have found a better place and will be recommending it to everyone we know coming to the area!
