The apartment was fantastic, clean, modern and in a beautiful location. There are restaurants and bars underneath the apartment block which were good and a very good supermarket just across the square. Vinko was very helpful when we arrived and showed us around the apartment and gave us information on the supermarkets, buses etc. The beach is pebbles but you can enter the water via steps from a concrete platform to the left of the beach.
The only issue I had was the fact that we arrived and were told we didn't have a balcony, no outside space at all. It was my mistake that I thought sea views and garden views meant having a balcony and not just through velux windows. Just be aware the 2 bedroom is a rooftop apartment. Still beautiful and the sunset was fantastic!

The best reasons to book this apartment are the size, location, and price. It was very conveniently located right at the bus stop going into Old Town, there is a supermarket downstairs, plenty of restaurants nearby, and a beautiful beach and promenade across the way. The apartment is spacious, although the sloped ceilings were a bit weird - but I had expected that. The price was very good for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. (And there's even a half-bathroom as well.)
The bedding could've been better. There were no duvets for the comforters, which we found in the closets. The bathroom construction was a bit flimsy, and it would've been nice to have a cutting board. But at this price, it's worth sacrificing these minor comforts.

The location, the size of the apartment, The air-conditioned rooms and salon the facilities in the compound and the view. The apartment is in a very well secured building with a dedicated car parking underground. All the photos on booking.com are true and when you see it live its even better.
The pillows were high for me but my children didnt mind them. Would have appreciated some welcome fruit basket or bottled water, however the tap water is drinkable in Dubrovnik. All untensils are available. Fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment has an ensuite toilette with bath tub in the master bedroom and a stand up shower in the second toilette. Underneet the apartment you will find, 2 restaurants, supermarket, 2 or 3 cafes, cinema center, tourist office and many more.
