Great location with beautiful views of Lapad Beach. It is walkable to restaurants and has a grocery store on property. You can catch the bus to Old Town right at the property. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!

Spacious, light, great location, stunning views, helpful hosts. A fantastic stay.
Only downside was not having a balcony. Otherwise, we really couldn’t ask for more.

It’s a big apartment not far away from the old town and with an absolutely stunning view! Explore the area around the property and you will fell in love with the area . It has a market nearby too
