Luxury Apartment at the Beach

The location is absolutely amazing! The beach is right there under the apartment, there are restaurants and a small grocery store in the bottom floor of the apartments also, there is a promenade with so many restaurants and shops a 5 minute walk away, the bus 4 to take you around is just outside the doorstep too— truly the best location in my opinion. In top of that, the apartment is spacious and the beds were super comfortable for all of us. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Everything was perfect! The apartment exceeded our expectations — very clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The beach was just around the corner. Mato is a fantastic, welcoming host who made our check-in smooth and easy. Dubrovnik is an amazing city, and staying here made our trip even better. We would definitely love to come back! There was nothing we didn't like

My personal thanks to the owner Mato as we got the keys on early morning arrival and we can also keep the apartment longer on the day we left. Easy communication, clear direction, clean and spacious apartment with garage and 2 keys, close to the beach with clean water and an evening promenade full of restaurants, bars, small shops. I would recommend an apartment to visitors and travelers, who do not want to be at the direct center. The center is easily reached by bus no.4, bus stop next to the apartment or by uber it is easy as well. Thank you Mato and hopefully we will come again :)

Blízko pri pláži, obchod priamo v budove, rýchla dostupnosť do centra autobusom, zastávka hneď pri apartmáne. Velky balkon bol super. Vybavenie čo sa týka uterákov super.
