Great place with its peculiar imperfections.

The apartment is very well equipped and the complimentary beers came In handy. There is street parking and the convenience shop is a short walk away, as is the bus stop.

As per the listing there is to be private parking but we were offered street parking. The drains in the bathroom were slow to drain, and it got quite cold in the night. Early in the morning (albeit after quiet hours) there were loud noises from the renovation and also someone above our window by the pool was having a loud conversation which woke me up.

Great apartment in beautiful area

Marina apartment was very spacious and well equipped, would definitely stay again. The number 6 bus stop is 8 minutes walk away and it drops you straight to Pile Gate at Old Town and runs very often. Stay here to enjoy the beach and the promenade but travel into the hustle and bustle of Old Town

Nothing to not like. Note there are 300 steps down (and up again!) to the beach, not a negative just a point to note

Great apartment villa - would definately come back to Villa Boban

The hosts were amazing and very helpful and accomadating. The communication with the hosts was exceptional. The apartment was beautiful and really clean with great facilities. Plenty of towels and toiletries were available. The apartment was nice and spacious and the view from the apartment and pool area was beautiful. It was nice to have the pool to ourselves too.

We would have liked an extra clothes rack for drying clothes and we thought from the photos that we walked out onto the pool from the apartment rather then up the stairs.

Peaceful stay

Easy check-in, good location and close to the strip of restaurants next to the beach. The villa was quiet, peaceful and the air conditioning was good. A little bottle of Croatian liquor was left for us to try too which was a nice touch. The shower was also really nice. Due to there only being a few apartments here, we had the pool area to ourselves quite a lot of the time, which felt like an added level of luxury!

A slightly better clean would have been ideal (there were sweets under the TV stand, for example). The pool was also absolutely freezing, meaning it was not possible to stay in for longer than 5 or so minutes at a time. This place was OK for us but if you struggle with lots of stairs, it isn't ideal as the walk down to the strip is down a lot of uneven stairs -this could end up costing you a fortune in taxis.

Perfect stay all round!

We had an incredible stay in Dubrovnik at Villa Boban. The Villa had everything we needed and more & Jadranka was an exceptional host. If we had to pick a favourite part - it would be the pool, or the balcony, or the bed... Impossible to choose! It's also worth mentioning the apartment and pool were spotless. The Villa is located really well in Lapad. You have the choice to stay local and go to one of the many surrounding beaches or restaurants or you can take a short bus ride into Old City (which we found more worthwhile, generally thought the food & drinks were much better inside the walls...). We would recommend Villa Boban to our friends & family in a heartbeat.

Wonderful apartment. Nice set up for cooking. Bed was a bit too firm for us. The couch was very comfortable. Pool and view were great. A bit of a distance from bus route. HINT: Take the bus to the Dubrovnik President Valamar Hotel and walk back to the AirBnb to avoid the steep climb/stairs (about 700m walk). From the President Valamar Hotel it is 1.1 Km, but flat!

The bed is American Queen size and very firm. Found ourselves, one in the bed and one on the very large couch.

Lovely stay

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Lapad, we travelled with our little boy who absolutely loved the pool. Jadranka was a welcoming and friendly host. Great communication would definitely stay again.

Up the hill so make sure you bring some comfortable walking shoes, however this was not a problem for us as we enjoy walking and if your cheeky you can use the elevator at one of the hotels as long as you bypass there bar for a beverage on the way through!

The best ever Apartment

Exceptional Apartment. Great View, Perfect location. You have everything you need in the apartment (paper towels, garbage bags, washing detergent for the washing machine, tablets for the dishwasher, everything!!!) The apartment is clean and nice. Excellent bed linen, as in a 5-star hotel. Cleaning every 3rd day. Welcome drinks is a nice bonus. Netflix a second one :-) very friendly owners. We are visiting this apartment for the second time!

Beautiful Apartments

We stayed here for our wedding and the apartment did not disappoint! The views from the balconies are amazing and the pool area is lovely to relax in especially if there is a group of you. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and live just downstairs. They even got us a gift and left a note congratulating us on our wedding day while we were out. The rooms are all very clean and the kitchens well equipped. We left after our wedding to have a couple of days to ourselves but found ourselves wishing we had stayed as we missed the lovely apartments and area!

Spacious top quality apartments. The decor in all apartments was stunning and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Kind and friendly host who went above and beyond with any requests. Beautiful rooftop pool deck with amazing views. Welcome wine and food was gratefully received. Lovely planting in the gardens.

We had an amazing stay in Villa Boban. Jadranka was very kind and helpful. The view from the room was amazing, we could see the whole bay under us. The swimming pool was a big plus when we didn't want to walk to the beach, most of the times we had it to ourselves. We definitely recommend it.

Dubrovnik Lapad Holiday

Vila Boban feels like coming home in a place tou have never been before. The location is just perfect between the old town and the beaches. A beautiful view on the Lapad Bay and a lovely roof top terras and pool for a relax holiday amongst a large choise of nice restaurants in walking distance. Connection to the city is easy with Uber in 5-10 min.

In this part of the area you better get used to taking a lot of stairs.

The owner was responsive and kind. The place has a really nice view and the pool was amazing! The apartment was exceeding my expectation. It was clean and nice. :) The location is close to the beach (10 mins walk) and there are nice restaurants near by.

If you like going to the old town, this place might be too far for you. taking a taxi is the best choice to get there. I didn't mind taking a taxi since I want to have a location that is close to the beach. :)

The apartments are absolutely beautiful. Tastefully decorated and very practical. View from the balcony is breathtaking. The bathroom is generously sized and there are 2 toilets in the apartment. Everything is well thought through. The kitchen is well equipped. We really appreciated basic groceries so we did not have to buy them ourselves for our short stay (oil, vinegar, milk, spices etc.) The location is also great - right next to popular Sunset beach and about 10 minutes from Old Dubrovnik by car (or by bus).

Wonderful, private and very relaxing.

Everything was perfect! The host was very nice and kind, yet not at all intrusive which we value a lot! The apartament was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The swimming pool was very private and never crowded - there are as many lounges as guests but it was never full.

So many stairs to get to the beach :D But very well worth the walk!
