Fabulous, clean, modern villa in a great location.

This property is in a great location only a 10min walk from Old Town. There is a lovely little bar opposite the villa to get coffees and drinks. This villa is so clean and tidy and has thought of everything. Sunbed towels, coal for the BBQ etc. The pool is a little cool but good for cooling down briefly when it’s so hot.

Only one small bin in the communal area (kitchen) which isn’t great when there are 10 of you staying in the villa, cooking and having lots of rubbish. You have to walk to empty your bin in the local bins.

The villa was well proportioned and laid out. All the facilities you could want for a group. The outside area although small was comfortable and had sun and shaded areas.

We would have liked more sun loungers as some of us (we were a party of 10) had to sit on cushions on the floor. The road is close by so there is some noise.

Weekend in Dubrovnik

We were allowed an early check in and the property was spotless on arrival. Rooms were spacious and well decorated, with each having its own en suite bathroom. The check in process was really simple and the staff at Hedera were lovely, especially Ivan. The pool is lovely, and it is just a 10-15 minute stroll along the waterfront to the Old Town. Will definitely stay again.

The house next door is mid renovation and there is a standing pool of water in the empty swimming pool which made for a bunch of mosquitos. Not a lot the guys could do but make sure you take some bug spray just in case.

It is a good location. Close enough to Old Town. The villa has plenty of space and facilities.

There was an issue with sewage smell that was relieved to an extent by running water down the drains. Parking facilities were good but for larger vehicles can be a challenge.
