Villa Leoni

The host family were really helpful and welcoming, they were extra attentive to us as we have young children. I also really like the location and also the layout of the place where we can freely use facilities such as washing machine and the terrace. It is a shared space but also gives you enough privacy to be on your own. The view to see the seaside and the city is excellent.

I was not prepared for late night parties on a Thursday night in Dubrovnik, and the music was unbearable to sleep through; it went on until 4am. I was also not prepared for so many flights of stairs where the villa is located, it was quite tough with children.

Joseph (the host) was not just punctual when greeting us, but also provided a great amount of detail with regards to the apartment, logistics, activity/attraction discounts, and best restaurants (which all proved spot on).

The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped with all cooking facilities, though we did not make use of it as we were not prepared to cook. It has a balcony with view of the harbour. The host is very friendly, who met us at the carpark as we arrived, and settled us in, included applying the permit for our rented car to enter the city limits. The Apartment is about 15-20 mins walk to the old city and the harbor, with a nice beach just below the hill. The apartment is clean, and the host provide a broad range of information to ennoble us to get around the city easily.

Nothing really, it could have been nearer to the old city but it is fine.

Even before we arrived, our host Joseph was incredible. Communication was great, smooth pick up at the airport. The view from the deck is incredible., the place had everything that we needed, location was fantastic.
