The property was gorgeous, rooms all equally sized with an en-suite, great for a big group. We loved the outdoor area.

Excellent villa for large groups, perfect distance to Old Town and a great holiday!

The location of the villa is perfect for those wanting to be close to the Old Town. The hosts organised airport transfers for us which were on time and when we arrived at the reception we were told the villa would be ready early which was great! We were then shown to the villa and the hosts showed us around. The villa was spacious, clean and the pool/outside area was really great. There was plenty of space for us all. The rooms were comfortable and everyone having a bathroom each made it so easy. Aircon throughout which was great. We were walking distance from two supermarkets and the old town was a 15 min walk downhill (might recc getting the taxi back up the hill!). There is also a small bar outside of the property - far enough away that it doesnt disturb but close enough for a nice drink if you're fancying it. Overall really happy with the villa and the pool/outside area.

The wifi was quite patchy and we had to reboot the router to try and problem solve that. There was a fountain for the pool which I asked about how it was turned on, the hosts said they'd look into it but never came back to me. A member of our party also asked them about tours to the waterfalls for a seperate trip once our group departed and I don't think they ever followed up - so my only feedback would be for the hosts to be slightly better at following up on things like that, but overall they were really friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I'd also suggest a slightly more in depth welcome guide in the villa to explain lots of controls etc!

A fabulous villa in a great location

A beautiful, modern villa in a great location with plenty of space for our party of 8. Loved that every room had an en-suite. Highly recommend!

Great but noisy

Villa is newly refurbed and beautiful. 5 new bedrooms all en suite. Located close enough to the old town to walk there in about 10 minutes.

Horrendous noise every night from neighbours - professional DJs next door with speakers playing until 6am. Check in time of 5pm is very late and there was no flexibility on this at all, despite check out being very early too (10am).

Kitchen flooding issue was a disaster

Having a swimming pool in Dubrovnik during July, especially with a shaded area to eat and relax was wonderful.

We had flooding in the kitchen from the first morning we awoke. What started as an annoying trickle became a permanent lake and despite a visit from the maintenance staff and bringing us a small mop and bucket (which did not fit the mop), the office were unable to prevent the 10 of us having to cook and wash up in a permanent dirty lake. Additional problems included a washing machine that can only wash at 60 degrees, never having hot enough water to wash up with in the kitchen and a broken air conditioner in one of the bedrooms (the solution, a temporary air conditioner took up the only other space in the room and had to vent either into the house or let in mosquitos if vented out the window). This is an old house with old, poky bathrooms and not very welcoming furniture. The best part of staying here was the pool and outdoor area, however we all hated the kitchen situation and were very happy to leave. This was the most expensive accomodation on our trip and we were extremely disappointed.
