Fantastic.

The host, Ismail, spent some time giving us some history of the area and sites to see and his opinion of the best restaurants and beaches in the area. This was very helpful and most appreciative. Location in Old Town Dubrovnik was special. Very close to the wall walk entrances and some of the cathedrals. Also just neat to sleep in a place that was centuries old. The accommodations were very clean and new. And although Ismail (the host) could not accommodate a late checkout time, he was kind enough to make arrangements for temporary storage of our luggage..

The kitchen could have been stocked with a few extra tea towels but otherwise served its purpose. The safe in one of the closets should have been bolted down and instructions on how to use it would have been helpful. We also found the pillows to be too hard and high. Did make for an uncomfortable sleep. Otherwise the beds were very comfortable. Although we very much appreciated Ismail picking us up at the airport which was initially prearranged for what he referred to as a “discounted price of 40 euros for his guests” he later increased it an additional 15 euros which he claimed was for taxes and then reduced it to a total of 50 euros from 55 euros. Not sure what that was all about but it was disappointing when I discovered after the fact that I could have taken an Uber for less than 30 euros and I am not sure about the tax thing. Just didn’t sit well with me. Also not sure what happened but on the second last day of our stay, it took me sending three messages and more than 5 hours to get a response from Ismail on a request I had. When he did respond he said he was having a crazy day. This was most puzzling and somewhat frustrating especially when he had been very responsive up until that point. Lastly the wifi was not covering almost half of the apartment. Apparently the extender was not working properly.

Location is perfect and only up one flight of stairs in building unlike many other places

Having the driver meet us at airport was fantastic and well worth the extra 40eu. He gave us great advice for the town during our stay and helped with our bags get to the apartment. Definitely will stay again.

Recommended. A Good Place to Stay.

Everything was perfect in terms of getting into the apartments, cleanliness and our host went the extra mile to make sure our bags were transferred to a car to take us to the airport after a day trip. He also made a trip into the old town to welcome us in person. The location could not be better.

The beds could have been more comfortable. There was talk of discounts that did not materialize.

Amazing apartment in the charming old town !! Would recommend

Loved this spacious apartment in the old town. Very convenient location. The apartment is modern and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. Helped us with taxi rides from-to airport also. Dubrovnik and the old town have a lot of charm and I would recommend staying there. Felt safe and perfect for a little vacation getaway! We were 2 friends, both ladies, on holidays.

Wonderful stay in a perfect location

The place was cute, cozy. The beds were super comfy! Low to no noise level. Nice terrace area to sit. The host was awesome!! Very helpful in planning our trip & once we were onsite. Would stay again!!

They can’t do anything about this but no elevator. Had to carry our luggage up which was noted as such. More a note to others to be aware.

We stayed in apartment 3 for 2 nights. Everything was clean and the location just can’t be beat for exploring Old Town Dubrovnik. It is just a short walk from the Pile Gate, close to everything, and yet it’s tucked away around a corner from the busy streets and the windows insulate extremely well against outside sound.

The bed we used was comfortable towards the center, but soft at the edges.

The apartment was incredibly well located in the Old Town, a stones throw from the main area but far enough off the beaten track to be quiet.

It was smaller than expected. Yes, there are 2 decent-sized bedrooms, but the living area and kitchen are cramped and there are 3 flights of stairs to get to it.

Exceptional stay

We had an incredible stay - we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apartment will definitely be back in the future!! Apartment was so centrally located within the old town - close to all restaurants and bars and attractions! Host was always happy to help with anything we needed and provided us with some great recommendations upon arrival.

Great value for a lovely apartment in the centre of Dubrovnik

Centrally located. Very reasonably priced. Spotlessly clean. Had everything you would need for a short stay. Host more than happy to arrange airport pick up and drop off and he also arranged a great trip to Bosnia for us. Cafe outside the front door is excellent for vegetarian food.

Banje beach is a ten minute walk so swimming was part of the daily ritual.

A little difficult to find when you are not use to the city as taxis cannot drop you at the door. We had a great time in Dubrovnik with friends and recommend it. The host was very friendly , helpful and responsive.

No issues really but I think if we were cooking it would be difficult in terms of the size of the apartment but we were blessed by a fantastic restaurant just outside the apartment. Too many cruise ships sometimes makes Dubrovnik difficult to get round the small streets.

Great apartment in the heart of historic Dubrovnik

Wonderfully situated apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik's Old Town, easy to get to on foot (the only option as the town is pedestrianised) from any of the gates, perfect for easy drop offs &c. between tours and sightseeing locations. The apartment was clean, smart and comfortable, with neat kitchenette, great bathroom with shower, comfortable beds (we had the double bed and futon bed set up for us) and very good wifi. Ismail was great at communicating with us prior to and during our stay.

Ismail’s cozy property was in a perfect location! It was spotlessly clean. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The bed was VERY comfortable. And Ismail was especially helpful with organizing my transportation needs. Plus offered suggestions on dining and activities. He was easy to contact and very pleasant.
