The room was clean and tidy. The host, Ismail, was helpful and gave me a good introduction to the apartment and Dubrovnik. Location was perfect, central, easy to find, yet quiet. TV and WiFi were good. The bed was good.
I had apartment 1 which was ridiculously small. The bed took up the whole floor space of the mezzanine level with barely room to walk around it. Worse, the apartment was over three levels with steep wooden stairs between them. Maybe stairs are a "feature" of Dubrovnik but for anyone older or with mobility issues this apartment would be dangerous or impossible. For me, I just needed to be super careful especially at night.

Location excellent, good bathroom.
The black mould in living area near air con inside unit which would circulate the mould. We stayed in apartment 2.
