Old Town House with Floor Heating & Lush Private Garden

The house is a perfect, well-equipped space in the center of the Old Town, on literally the most beautiful street in Dubrovnik (there is a sign at the base ofthe stairs leading to the street that reads this!). It really is a stunning street and the house itself was so comfortable and clean. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs; the downstairs had an open concept kitchen, dining and living space. We had access to the adjacent outdoor garden which was populated with mandarin trees and turtles! It was such a unique space with great access to the main gate to the Old City. Very walkable to dining. We preferred going outside of Old Town for meals and it was extremely easy to do so. It was also very easy to access public transportation (the bus system in Dubrovnik is easy to navigate, clean and efficient) and allowed us to visit the adjacent islands for day trips with great ease. It also allowed us easy access to the beaches; I swam daily at Porporela; our host recommended it as a beach for people who liked to avoid crowds .This house is one of the best places we have stayed.

Not much; it was so easy to access. I was not a huge fan of Old Town because it is very touristy but that is something you have to live with. I actually really enjoyed navigating all the crazy alleyways and steps to the house but I could see if someone had bad knees or a physical disability this would not be the house for them.

The location was amazing & our host provided such excellent service! She booked a tour for us, transfers to airport, made restaurant recommendations, & was available any time we had questions. The apartment is immaculate & well apportioned. Rooms & bathrooms large enough; good storage & the garden is enchanting! She urged us to pick the fruit & we could feed the turtles if we want (we did!). Being inside the old town is a magical experience!

We knew there are many stairs. It was okay with us but important for people to know.

This town house on the prettiest street in Dubrovnik was perfect for our 3 night stay in the old town (2A, 2C). Aircon was wonderful to come back to after exploring the many streets. Comfortable beds and huge showers! Our host Marijana was lovely. She met us from our taxi and guided us to the door and showed us around the apartment. Highly recommend!

The apartment was lovely, excellently located, with good facilities and was beautifully clean. The hostess was on hand at all times to help whenever needed. Could not complain at all.

There was a small sofa in the living room that could have been bigger, but that was hardly an issue for us.
