Location was excellent. Staff was attentive and friendly, especially Augustina. The room was well stocked with refrigerator, teapot, coffee maker, water, tea and coffee, cups mugs and spoons. Linens were immaculately clean. There were plenty of towels, all monogrammed. There were robes, slippers and even hats. The shower was very nice and we had plenty of hot water. There was a rain style showerhead above and a hand held option as well. It was a very good experience.

Bathroom was a little strange to us. It was all glass with a heavy velvet curtain that could be drawn closed around it. The bathroom door was sliding glass. It was not soundproof and as the room was small, and the bed close to the bathroom you could hear, and sometimes smell everything going on in the bathroom. It was not that private. There are quite a few stairs to the fourth floor. That was expected. The last floor of step were recently added. They are wooden, narrow, and steep. They lacked a bannister for safety going up and down.

The location was fantastic. Really central. The view was ok over the rooftops.

The WiFi didn’t work for the first 24 hours but then was good after it got reset. The bed was really soft and the pillows quite lumpy. The toilet is TINY, the shower was good but when I went to have a bath the hot water ran out after 6” of water. Tea and coffee facilities were good but had to ask for more tea and coffee. The room wasn’t tidied at all during our 4 night stay. We were ok with the stairs but if you’re not able bodied it would have been a nightmare. 65 stairs up from ground level.
