Villa Mirabilis, a luxury two-bedroom villa with a balcony, is located in the heart of the UNESCO-protected Old Town of Dubrovnik and only 50 meters from its well-known Stradun Promenade. The Villa, built in the 16th century, has been carefully renovated according to standards of historic preservation, it is the perfect choice for guests who would like to stay in the heart of Dubrovnik and explore architecture, the rich history of Dubrovnik, and Dalmatian cuisine.
Villa Mirabilis is based on two floors and includes two elegant bedrooms, specially designed with handmade furniture, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with antique furniture, a kitchen, and a balcony. In the living room, based on the top floor, stone walls provide unusual natural details, while the spectacular view of the most renowned attractions of the Old Town completes the ambiance. The Villa has so many elegant details like hand-woven rugs on dark oak floors, oak staircases, and antique furniture combined with modern leather sofas.

Villa is decorated with artworks by renowned Croatian painters Đuro Pulitika and Antun Masle.
Public parking is available at the public garage, 650 meters far away from the old city. Old Town is an excellent choice for travelers interested in architecture, food, and history.
