Our brand new luxury Apartment in heart of the Old Town is located in a peaceful area of the Old Town, it gives a perfect combination to it's guests; tranquility and peace of the neighborhood, yet, only a minute of easy walk will take you to the Old Town's main street- Stradun. As well as the two minutes of walk through the picturesque neighborhood streets among the locals there is the famous rocky beach Buza. Apartment is fully equipped and everything needed for a cozy stay is there. :)
This two-story Apartment is newly built, located in Old town of Dubrovnik. On a first floor you can find big living room, kitchen, dining room, and the spacious bathroom. On the second floor we have two Air Condition bedrooms with king size bed. Main bedroom has private fully equipped bathroom.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just steps from the Cathedral in the old town. Despite being so central, it’s impressively quiet from the outside (you do hear some footsteps from above, but with earplugs it’s not a big issue).The bedrooms are exactly as shown in the photos — but they are very small, so worth knowing before you book. In the primary bedroom, the bathroom sink is tiny. The washer and dryer weren’t working properly during our stay (no heat), which meant we could only wash in cold water and couldn’t get clothes dry — perhaps just a temporary issue, but still an inconvenience.The kitchen is compact but functional. The beds are very firm, which some may like but definitely might not suit everyone. One small detail: finding the entrance at check-in was a bit tricky. The door is red, but with no lights around it appeared almost black at night.Overall, I’d still recommend this apartment to friends because of its unbeatable location, but with managed expectations around space and amenities.

Nice clean and beautifully decorated compact apartment.., we’ll taken care of. Any questions were promptly answered our host. Steep steps to upstairs needs additional railing for safety. We all felt comfortable!

We loved this apartment! It has everything you need, it is clean and very comfortable and Vljaho is so nice and helpful. He met us at Ploce gate to show us to the apartment and help with our luggage. He gave us great restaurant and tour recommendations. All of that is hard to beat, but the best thing about this apartment is it’s location! It is close to everything the city has to offer! I highly recommend this apartment. You will love it!
