Okay for a one night stay but wouldn’t reccomend

The entrance to the building was pitch black in the evening and outside of the rooms there were storage bags and trash. Made me feel unsafe. The shower was so small the curtain touched my body which I did not like.

It was hard to open the shutters as the apartment is ground floor so anyone walking past could see straight in as no privacy.

Loved Dubrovnik and loved being near all the sites and near the Buza Bar!

Location, location, location! We were a block from the Buza Bar. Need I say more?

We had 3 different rooms in our group so it ranged. My brother ended up with the best room: spacious, good AC, no issues. My daughter had shower problems that were not addressed but not horrible. I spent the most on my room, thinking we would have a sitting area for all of us to convene. That was a waste as. It was a 2 level place on the top floor where it was very hot and the AC did not work well in our unit and the outlets were not on the floor with the plugs so we sweat a lot! BUT… we did like it overall!

Find someplace else!!!!

This is an investment property that does exactly just enough to “check the box”. Bottle of anonymous shampoo: toiletries. 2 plastic chairs and hall table: dining and seating area (2 for one, score!). Hotplate: kitchen. Someone carved a single bedroom into a studio by adding a bathroom and kitchen sink, it’s so lovelessly thrown together it hurts. Closet door doesn’t open because even though the table is tiny it’s too big. I don’t bring luggage but i don’t see where one would put a suitcase. The building: window opens literally to level of pavement of street, shutters are on the inside. You will not use these windows so might as well stay in a cave. 2 random wires coming out of the walls in the bathroom and kitchen area “capped “ with tape (if that is 220V I really hope it’s turned off but I don’t travel with a voltage meter and I wasn’t going to find out by touching them! 🤣)decor is assorted mismatched junk. The management company is nice in their WhatsApp communication but seems to struggle to make it all work out. They are listed as managing over 100 properties. Contacted us the night before checkout to see if we were leaving earlier than the 10AM checkout because that would help them out immensely with their cleaning schedule and to take the trash with us. They charge €30 for cleaning….it is clean and in the old town. That’s what it has going for itself.

No staff. U have to walk for 15 minutes with ur bags and climb stairs. Walls and floor r so thin…u can hear people walking when u r in the room. No view. U cannot open the windows.

Apartamento perfecto

Tiene ubicación perfecta (a un minuto de calle principal pero no hay ruido). Responsable de apartamento siempre está pendiente de cualquier pregunta y duda y enseguida facilita toda la información. Apartamento tiene todas las facilidades posibles .No falta nada y está muy limpio. Cama super cómoda y apartamento bonito Sin duda muy,muy recomendable.

Nada, horrible … ¿ como les hago llegar mi carta de reclamación ? , junto con todas las fotos que dan veracidad a mis quejas y formalizar el correspondiente abono. Agradecete su atención a este asunto y espero una respuesta pronta.

Hall de nuestro Apartamento era un pequeño almacen: 1 - Hall planta 4 con utensilios de obra. 2 - Bolsa de basura llenas de botellas de plastico. 3 - Cinco o seis ventanas, para cambiar o antiguas en el hall. 4 - Latas de bebidas. 5 - Zapatillas. 6 - Mas bolsas. 7 - Mueble sucio y en mal estado. 8 - Olor a yeso al ser lijado. 9 - Se sentia el polvillo del yeso en el ambiente Habitacion 1 - Nos recibe una enorme cucaracha. 2 - Sabian que lleganos tarde, 23:00, sofa cama sin hacer. 3 - Al preparar sofa cama, sobra una mesita de unos 35 cm x 35 cm, que no sabemos donde ubicarla. ( entiendo que no preparar el sofa cama, por la insuficiencia de espacio ) 4 - Set de cama colchon manchado. 5 - Una sabana y Edredón, en pleno verano. Faltaba el cubre colchon o una sabana en sofa cama. 6 - Sabana con agujero. 7 - Sofa cama que se convierte en cama al utilizar los tres cojines del mismo sofa, incomodosimo, a pesar de ponerle un colchon de 10cm de grosor. 8 - Suciedad en el suelo, debido al polvillo drl yeso, quiero pendar en esta circustancia. 9 - Nos despide una nueva cucaracha. Nota: - Este apartamento no es para 4 personas adultas, y no es un duplex, es un altillo, donde no hay esoacio de movilidad y sin poder subir las maletas, … si no cabe una mesilla, como vamos a subir las maletas !!’ - Mi hija no durmio por el tema de la cucaracha y mi mujer por la incomodidad del sofacama, no querido desayunar en el apartamento … por asco. Y mi hija no sabe rk tena de l segunda cucaracha. - Y no he querido indagar la descripcion del apartamento en App booking. - No tengio sufiente esoacio para enviar todas las fotos. - Solicito el corresoondiente abono de mi reserva, me he sentido engañado. - Por cierto … habia insecticida y otros artilugios en el suelo contra “ insectos”

Muy buena ubicación

Pésimo servicio al cliente…el aire acondicionado no funcionó y nunca me solucionaron así fuera con un ventilador! El Apartamento Sucio! Con cucarachas! Basura acumulada a la entrada. Las almohadas parecen estar ahí hace más de 10 años! Asqueroso!

Ubytovanie sa nachádza v priamom centre mesta, čo hodnotím mimoriadne pozitívne. Aj keď sa nachádzate v centre, v ubytovni je tichosť, pretože je na najvyššom poschodí. Ubytovanie je dobre vybavené a nájdete v ňom všetko čo potrebujete. Výborne a bez väčších problémov sa rovnako komunikovalo s majiteľkou.

V kuchyni nepríjemne cítiť zápach z odtoku. Pokiaľ sme sa zdržiavali v kuchyni, museli sme mať otvorené okno. Chodba, ktorá viedla do malej chodby pri ubytovni bola mimoriadne špinavá, nachádzala sa tam skládka nepotrebných a starých vecí. Z celkového dojmu ubytovania to uberalo dobrý dojem.

Estaba en buen estado.

No limpian ni recogen la habitación diariamente. Si se acaba el único rollo de papel higiénico que ponen tienes que comprar adicional. El lugar para el desayuno no estaba cerca y la apertura era unos días a las 8:30 a.m. y otros a las 9:00 a.m. La almohadas eran muy blanditas.
