Would have liked to stay a little longer, but enjoyed the time I was there.

Very clean and comfortable. Right in the middle of the old town, so very handy to everything.

I was surprised there were no spare blankets. I did get cold early morning and put the heater on for a bit, but I would have been happy to pop on a blanket.

Too many stairs .Not organized. Could not find my reservation over an hour. Far inside of old town

It was a nightmare. The property manager was nice and tried his best to find my reservation. We had got this hotel for just 3hours to shower and relax a bit as we had a bus to catch early morning. I was waiting for over an hour or so. Then taken to a property far from the key pick up location only to find out ( middle of the middle of the night)there was someone else in the room. then taken to the other property 3 floors up. i immediately contacted booking .com to complain and the property did apologize and refunded my money. First bad experience in all the travel I have done in 39 countries.

Not organized,.3 floors up a nightmare with bags and for the elderly .It was a fiasco. Over and hour and half was gone trying to find my reservation and taken to wrong properties .Did not like anything about this place as there were stairs to get to the property and then there were more stairs to get to the apartment itself . Its a a no no for people with luggage and elderly. It is located in Old town but its quite a walk from the main entrance of OLD town.

Slaba čistoča v kopalnici, vode ne pozira v tuš kabini, premalo servisa in posod, drugace pa lep app in super lokacija, ljudje prijazni.

Skimmelsvamp

Ligger meget centralt i den gamle bydel. Umiddelbart virkede værelset rent da vi kom. Hjælpsomt personale

Der var skimmelsvamp på badeværelset og hele værelset lugtede af skimmelsvamp. Grundet skimmelsvamp gennemgik vi værelset lidt nærmere og fandt utilstrækkelig rengøring - pletter på sengelinned, en kunstig blomst glemt under sengen, snavs i hjørnet

Bella posizione, troppi rumori

I rumori sono un grosso problema, che avevo sottovalutato, nonostante né parlassero altre recensioni. La camera (monolocale Classic) si trova a piano terra. Il piano -1 viene utilizzato come deposito di bottiglie e boccacci vuoti/pieni. Tutte le mattine alle 5.00 venivamo svegliati e tenuti svegli da chi portava queste casse al piano -1. I rumori erano fortissimi e continui e il personale parlava e gridava come fosse pieno giorno. Dopo le prime due volte siamo andati alla reception per riferire l accaduto, ma nulla è cambiato e per 7 giorni ci siamo svegliati alle 5.00, in pratica come quando andiamo a lavoro!!! Questa cosa è molto negativa, non siamo dormiglioni ma svegliarsi alle 5 è troppo in vacanza!!!

Nuisance sonore

La chambre est au rez-de-chaussée et donne directement sur une rue piétonne en face d’un restaurant. Il y a eu du bruit toute la nuit qui nous ont empêché de dormir correctement. De plus impossible d’avoir de l’obscurité dans la chambre. Il n’y a pas d’occultant ou de volet intérieur. Nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit même si le personnel était très serviable.
