Holiday Home Tezoro Royal

Very nice place. Spacious and clean. Quiet.

This place is in Old Town, and you have to climb a ton of stairs to get to it from the restaurants and shopping. Once there, the apartment itself is spread over four floors. A spiral staircase connects them. If you’re staying in the second bedroom, that’s on the fourth floor and if you want to get a glass of water, it’s down three flights and then back up again. This place is great for someone younger who doesn’t mind all those stairs. Tough for the rest of us.

It was away from the tourist area but easy access to the old town area.

The property was like home from home. The only thing that was missing was our cat.

Central location and clean. Staff in Tezoro Restaurant where we collected the keys were friendly and we were given 20% discount on the food. We had one really lovely meal there.

Unfortunately the accommodation didn’t really come up to expectation. There were 3 flights of steep winding stairs to the double bedroom, 2 sets to the single bed room and 1 set to the sitting room, which was a challenge with suitcases, even though we are all fit and healthy. There were only 3 decent size mugs in the kitchen and the rest of the crockery and cutlery wasn’t supplied in great amounts. Beds were comfortable but unfortunately the air con in the single room leaked as did the shower on the top floor. As we were only there for 3 nights we ‘put up’ with the failings but were not particularly impressed.
