Holiday Home Tezoro Royal

The location is perfect. Very close to Buza Bar - perfect place to go swimming and cool off during the summer heat. Go in the morning or early afternoon with kids. Quiet, but walkable to everything in the old town. There are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment and then every bedroom is on a different level, so if you have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. They had the apartment cooled down when we ended up arriving at 3 am due to delayed flights, which was very much appreciated. Loved the vibe and location. Was very clean. We would stay here again if ever in Dubrovnik!

Fantastic location, easy to get to to, great amenities and plenty of room.

Central location and clean. Staff in Tezoro Restaurant where we collected the keys were friendly and we were given 20% discount on the food. We had one really lovely meal there.

Unfortunately the accommodation didn’t really come up to expectation. There were 3 flights of steep winding stairs to the double bedroom, 2 sets to the single bed room and 1 set to the sitting room, which was a challenge with suitcases, even though we are all fit and healthy. There were only 3 decent size mugs in the kitchen and the rest of the crockery and cutlery wasn’t supplied in great amounts. Beds were comfortable but unfortunately the air con in the single room leaked as did the shower on the top floor. As we were only there for 3 nights we ‘put up’ with the failings but were not particularly impressed.
