Beautiful, Peaceful, Amazing Views

This was one of my all-time favorite accommodations, and I've traveled quite a bit. The apartment was so cozy and romantic, with a beautiful terrace overlooking Dubrovnik. It was very easy to get to from the main entrance gate, without walking too many stairs. I spent half my trip sleeping because the bed was so comfortable, especially being able to crack open the balcony window and hearing the rain outside. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and just a few steps away from all of the Dubrovnik attractions. I would absolutely stay there again, and the apartment gave us many fond memories.

Compact and bijou.

Really easy to find, great central location. Fabulous views of the old town. Compact and bijou. Modern bathrooms and kitchen - although very small.

Specifically requested a balcony but you can only fit two people on it. One shower room is great, the other you have to limbo under the sink to get on and off the toilet. Sofa could do with new cushions and there isn't anywhere else to sit. I think the wide angle photography used to market the property is deceptive as the whole apartment is tiny! Very noisy at night with the sound travelling from neighbours, up the alley, and wheelie bins being dragged up the stairs at 6am on Sunday!

The location in the Old Town was fantastic and as promised very few steps to negotiate with our luggage. The accommodation was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay provided.

Manager was rude and not helpful. We booked ‘2 rooms’ to accomodate 5 of us including children and was told they were together when in fact one was in a different address streets away. Gave us a google map link which wasn’t accurate. Would have been helpful to have written directions.

Location = yes, but the unit is overranked.

Location but many many steps to reach unit.

The site portrays mostly larger unit pictures with tables to eat and a larger kitchenette. Appartement and stairs to reach the unit were not clean. The carpet in the stairs is stained and very dirty. Showers show signs of mold. The second bathroom is a of a closet size. You have to be a contorsionist to sit on the toilet while avoiding the sink.

Very central, perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik. The apartment was clean and tidy. Lovely touches like the homemade cookies.

There was only air-con in the living room so it was difficult to sleep as it was really warm in the bedrooms during our stay.

Beautiful studio room in the old town. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Air conditioning was really appreciated! La Maison was really accessible from the city gate, which was handy considering the stairs in the old town!

There is a bar close by that was quite noisy until 2am (Thursday night but not on the previous night).

Very convince my location, nice big room, not too many stairs to access the superior studio room. The driver back and forth to our car really saved us a headache

Can be loud outside the room at night as the restaurant is right under neath. The bed could use an upgrade as it was a little lop sided.

Perfect location with all of the space and modern amenities!

The location in the center of old town Dubrovnik is incredible! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is fabulous if you want to cook anything!

The step up into the bathtub is quite tall. The king mattress was not comfortable and I alerted management so they plan to replace it

Great location and quality accommodation

Good size & good location Not too many stairs and near lots of restaurants

Being near the restaurants was great but Saturday night was a bit noisy. The worse thing though was on the Saturday night there was a group of your men upstairs who were very loud when they came home in early hours. Drunk banging around etc This had however nothing to do with owners. Just unfortunate for us. Only one bad night though

Dubrovnik hidden gem.

The location was only about a two minute walk from the gates. The apartment was very nicely decorated and maintained. The owner was very nice, as was the parking driver. I will definitely recommend this to friends.

One issue was the second bathroom was a little cramped and the hot water a little insufficient at times.

Clean central but noisy at night

Very clean modern property. Comfortable bed and centrally located in old town.

This property is right near foot traffic and restaurants so very loud at night and smells like the restaurant. Had to shut windows which made it stuffy. Some confusion around check in and the address. We rented the 2 bedroom and one bath. Be mindful there are a few properties in Le Maison and some of the reviews and pics are for there other properties. No fruit basket as advertised but left some nice cookies for us to enjoy. Overall ok as the location is right amongst old town.

Excellent location in Old Town, with a few tweaks a highly recomended apartment!

Brilliant location, as long as you're fully mobile and able to breeze up and down the abundance of steps to the apartment. Lovely styling in the apartment, and everything was clean—nice touch of coffee and tea with biscuits left for our arrival and enjoyment.

No WiFi in the apartment, or the router wasn't working at all, and sadly, when we informed the hosts of this via the Booking.com messenger, we still haven't heard back. Only enough hot water for one hot shower, so one of us had to take a cold shower each morning, unfortunately. Construction on the floor below us meant 8 am drilling, banging, and they were smoking on site, which triggered my asthma even from inside our apartment.

Lovely room and host but tough access for older people.

The accomodation inside was lovely, the bed super comfortable and it was spacious. It is in the old town so close to everything. Decor was lovely and amenities were great.

The stairs oh the stairs!!!! From the carpark where we were dropped off by a family member of the host it was countless difficult stairs and more inside the building to get to our room. I understand it is an old town and that’s how it always is but it was really hard going. Not for people with any walking disability that’s for sure. It was a little tricky to find it but we did of course. To make the stay more appealing a bag service would have been greatly appreciated. I would have liked an iron and some pegs as well. There was a small line outside the window but no pegs. Other than that it was lovely once we had recovered from getting our heavy stuff in 😅

Stay at the heart of old Dubrovnik

Beautiful, modern, spacious, functional and very clean rooms. Had good amneties. Central location. Easy self check-in process.

As many people mentioned, the place, just like any other accommodation in the old town, is not easy to reach and would require climbing lots of steps. It was a bit noisy during the night. Beware that for security reasons they will only share the check-in process details on your arrival day after the flat is ready.

Very clean and tidy! Prime location just in the hearth of Old Town.

Unfortunately, parking for drivers is big disadvantaged. You have to park the car around 20 minutes away. Not sure if something could be done with it, but we really enjoyed the stay!

great location to explore Dubrovnik

location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, and very near to lots of restaurants and bars. The accommodation was great for a three night stay. The air conditioning was spot on, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

There was very poor communication prior to our arrival. I wasn't aware that there are several apartments around the town, so used the address that had been given on the booking. No one got in touch with me to let me know the actual address of the apartment we were staying in, or the access code for the keys. After a lot of searching around the old town, I called the agent and got the correct information. I'm sure this was just an oversight, but I should have had the information before arrival - it made for a very stressful start to our holiday. Do not assume that the reviews apply to the apartment you are thinking of booking. I read a great review that said (as did the description of the apartment) that there were a couple of steps to the door to the apartment. We had many steep steps to climb to get to our particular apartment. I think it would be helpful if the agents made this clear.

Location was perfect. It did take us some time to find our locations. We rented 3 rooms and didn’t realize we had an adjoining room.(we were not told that). It was also hard to locate one of our other rooms as the door was behind a restaurant table! However once we found them all was good! Host was very quick to respond!

The apartment is charming but noisy and communication with the host was challenging.

The apartment is in a good location for exploring old town Dubrovnik.

The host was not very communicative. We sent three messages prior to arrival that were not responded to over several weeks. On check in day, the host was delayed getting back to us because she was on a flight and the booking contains the incorrect address, causing us to carry heavy luggage up and down several flights of stairs needlessly. The apartment is right next to a popular bar that remains noisy until 2:00am, so sleeping in the front room was difficult.

the property had a stale smell. the air conditioning wasn’t good. the windows had to be open and then it was noisy. the hot water was only sufficient for two showers at a time. front door opened directly onto steps outside . decor very poor
