A lovely place to stay for a short break ! Loved it!

Lovely location in a lovely old building. Nice to hear the church bells chiming the hours too! Only a five minute walk from the Ploce gate where airport taxi dropped us.

Fantastic location in a beautiful city oozing with history, would definitely come back again.

Location was perfect with restaurants right outside the door. Easy access to all of the gates. beautifully maintained staying true to the history of the building but modernised. Was room only not breakfast, but restaurants and bakery on doorstop. Our plane was delayed and plans to check-in needed to change but we were given clear communication re the use of a lock box to access the keys.

Great location, very close to Ploce Gates which has NO steps. Very clean, a little small but comfy enough for our 2 day stay.

Fantastic location- and not far from Ploche gate. Spacious for Dubrovnik with comfy bed, nice decor, generous nespresso coffees, teas and couch in sitting area/kitchen area. Near Banje beach, great eating places. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely historic town - Lots to do

Although on the small side, the studio was very clean and perfect as a base to explore Dubrovnik Old Town. It had a selection of teas and a coffee maker. The person who met me with the keys was very pleasant. Great location, as close to the Stradun and harbour. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars overlooking the marina. Highly recommend Apartment Muziqa

DO NOT STAY HERE!! BUGS AND MOLD

There is NOTHING good about this property, it was so utterly disgusting and the owner even worse.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This property was so utterly disgusting. It was full of living and dead bugs everywhere! There were literal bugs smeared on the walls!! I counted at least 40 dead bugs on the walls killed prior to my arrival. I had to wear bug spray to bed and still got bit. Also there was so much mold in the shower, by the sink and literal water on the floors, actively rotting through the wood. I had to leave the property as it was so disgusting and the owner was entirely rude, demeaning, disrespectful completely ignoring my concerns as “a couple ants” after i immediately showed the receptionist as soon as i walked the issue asking if anything could be done. So I got no refund, compensation or even offering to do anything about the bugs. After my second message he even ignored me. There were also stains on everything and stray hairs that were not mine.Truly AWFUL experience! Avoid at all costs!

Great location, nicely presented but room for improvement.

The location was amazing and the lady who handed over the keys was great too. The room itself looked lovely and had all the amenities needed for a short stay.

Unfortunately, the room had a damp issue which made the room smell quite strong of damp and also made the bed a little damp. The sink in the kitchen was leaking also.

Comfortable for a short stay!

Great location, in the old town. There are a few stairs leading up to the property, but manageable. We got a unit on the ground floor. Room is compact but has everything we need. Something to be mindful of, if you’re a light sleeper: the walls are thin so we could hear people entering/exiting the property and our neighbours talking/walking in the rooms beside and above us.

Authentic accommodation but needs the damp addressed

Location was perfect, very close to the Stradun (central road through the old town) meaning there were only a few steps to the property. It was surprising how sound proof the building was

On opening the room door it was apparent there was a damp issue, the smell instantly hit you and mould was visible to the window reveals, this made the bedding damp. The damp was obviously being created due to no extraction in the ensuite

Amazing location and perfect being on the ground floor

Absolutely amazing location and perfect being on the ground floor, only a few stairs up from the Stradun. Andante is a lovely room and the bed is super comfortable. Receptionist Snjezana was wonderful and very prompt in response to queries (and supplies such as toilet paper and fresh towels). Everything was as shown on website.

We did have a problem with mosquitos in the room each night, even though we closed the windows and killed many! We had also been advised on Booking .com that we could leave our bags before check-in, but the day before Ivo advised that this was not possible, so we had to find a paid luggage storage place instead for a few hours. Please note that we would happily stay again on any return visit to Dubrovnik though.

Great location, but surprised how small the room was given it was listed at 25sqm.

Amazing location. It was easy to get to, with our bags (go up the alley on the far side, rather than trusting google maps and plodding up too many stairs).

We were surprised at the size of the apartment, as it was listed as being 25sqm. We had trouble finding space to put our suitcases ( one ended up in the bathroom). And my spouse tripped over his each time he went to the bathroom.

Being in the old town of Dubrovnik is the ideal place to be and this warm & cozy apartment is perfect.

Perfect location in the middle of the old town. The first floor studio is cozy and clean. Comfortable bed and sofa to hang out on the one rainy day. The bathroom is clean and new. The outside noise is well filtered with the double windows. The coffee machine is so good and the owner gave additional pods when we ran out.

The kitchenette is quite compact - not ideal for cooking but very good for breakfast.

Sail along the city walls

You arrive in Dubrovnik to feel the historical atmosphere and spirit of the past. As always, Booking finds such little gems in the very heart of this ancient city. The mini studio is exceptionally neat and clean, has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a comfortable large bed, a fridge, a good shower and air conditioning. The owner has perfectly decorated the interior with antique furniture with a modern twist, big compliments for the choice. There are many restaurants in your street, and on top of it all, in the middle of the street towards Stradun you can find two pubs opposite each other, featuring wine and top-notch craft beers, a phenomenal experience!

Nice decor, in heart of old town. Coffee pod machine. Welcome wine bottle.

Studio room very cramped for three days. Could barely move around the bed. When kitchen is provided some basic supplies of salt, pepper, oil would be welcome.

The apartment was very nicely renovated and had a nice old and new feel. There’s everything you need in the room, some basic toiletries, water, candy, wine. The bed very comfortable. Location couldn’t have been better. Snezana the host was also so friendly and understanding and available both on WhatsApp and in person during the day of we needed anything. She was very flexible and even found a charger that my friend left in the room upon checking out.

I received a message on booking.come with all the practical details eg where to find the host, toilet paper, bin bags etc only on the third day of my stay. This could be sent earlier as it was definitely very useful! The only issue with the flat is that when we came back late on our last night there was a cockroach roaming around. This despite us not leaving any windows open or keeping any food in the flat. You only get cleaning every seven days and there’s also no broom or mop in the flat so we had nothing to kick the cockroach out with. It was also after midnight so late to contact the host. Everything was perfect until then!

Loved Dubrovonik. Accommodation lacking!

The location was good and we loved Dubrovonik.

The appartment was definetely not 4 star. It was noisy dark and tiny and walls were paper thin. We had trouble fitting our luggage in it was so small. Host was unhelpful we had told her 3 times that the tv was not working and on the sixth day when we decided to leave early it was still the same. Had to go looking for her in a restaurant to replace toilet paper, towels 4 days later and dispose of our rubbish in receptacles in the streets of Dubrovonik.

lovely in so many ways except space.

The woman, Snjzsana, who coordinated our stay was responsive and gave excellent service. The location was perfect (near Paloce gate and above the Stradun) and building style was atmospheric yet updated. The apartment provided all the amenities you could want, good internet and adequate outlets, nice coffee makers and coffee, a small refrigerator, lovely bath, comfortable bed. the only downside was the lack of adequate space. The bed was oriented so that the right-side sleeper was crammed against the wall. so hard to get up at night.

Amazing place to stay in Dubrovnik!

We really enjoyed our stay at Muziqa Apartments. The whole process was very easy - from collecting the keys / check-in all the way to the check out. The host was very accommodating with our requests. Location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, so you can walk everywhere. Would 100% recommend this place!

Perfect location, wonderful bright apartment and welcoming host

This apartment is located perfectly in prime position of Dubrovnik old town. Its within easy walking distance of all the major sights and also the old harbour if you want to do any day trips. The apartment itself had everything you could need - comfy bed, cooker, fridge, coffee machine (with pods), lovely toiletries and an unexpected welcome bottle of wine! The host was really easy to deal with and available if you needed anything during the stay. I’d highly recommend a stay and hope to return myself for a stay in the future!
