Property affords the opportunity to wake up inside a medieval walled town. It is comfortable and restaurants are close by. It was a great base.
For older travellers with suitcases the stairs are a challenge. The night time music and bustle is not completely contained by double glazing and continues ‘til 3am.

The location is perfect. Inside the old town on the harbour side and very close to one entrance to the wall Easy to get to all restaurants.
The two bedrooms had air conditioning and were spacious
Beds were comfortable
The steep stairs and 3 story hike up the stairs
The main living area was not air conditioned and was very hot as it seemed that the mechanics of the system were in the living room wall which was blowing hot air into the room It made the living room and kitchen very hard to live in
TV was not connected
You had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other

Great air conditioning in the rooms.
Breakfast was slot of food and ok.
I booked and paid 2nd floor and it was 4th floor. The person I spoked with, once arrived at the place was insisting it was second floor and after sometime of discussion she/he said that for the city of Dubrovnik the 4th floor was considered 2nd floor. 😡
The kitchen (fridge, kitchen rag, etc) was dirty and very old.
For the price I paid I could have stayed in an excellent place outside Old Town and paid uber.
