What a fantastic location - enter from Pile Gate - no stairs. The best Panini and Seafood shop On either side - people line up for these. Roughly 6 shops to the main square. Can get very noisy- bring your EarPods. A .we’ll set up unit - tight/ no wasted space.

Location was perfect, steps down from the old town gate and not the need to climb too many steps when you spend time in the old town. Apartment size was good for 3 adults and 1 baby.

The AC broke on our first night but the owner came to fix it. Due to the great location, it gets very loud in the evening.

Location and convenience 👍 you feel in the middle of the old city close to all activities, nightlife and shopping. It’s a great way to experience Dubrovnik’s vibrant life history and culture. But what was so delightful about our stay was our contact and multiple conversations with our host Nina. Clear helpful information at all times, not to mention how she helped me recover my backpack after I inadvertently left it on the bus coming from the airport. She arranged for it to be delivered to our apartment within a few hours. I will always be grateful!

But with the great location, comes noise and sometimes ime loud music. If you can’t tolerate that look for a place outside the city center.

The location of the apartment was great—right in Old Town and close to everything, which made it easy to explore the area on foot. It’s conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and key sights. The beds were decent, and the apartment technically fits five people, which can work for a group traveling together

However, the noise was a major issue. With poor window insulation, we heard drunk crowds outside until around 5am, followed almost immediately by delivery trucks and street noise starting at 6 or 7am. The apartment is right at one of the main entrances to Old Town, so there’s heavy foot traffic day and night. The bathroom is also quite small, and the hot water runs out fast—even after one short shower, the next person is stuck with freezing water. While the location is great for access, it’s not ideal for light sleepers or groups needing reliable amenities.
