The location was amazing

The problem wasn't with the property but with the transportation. I trusted Jelena for the airport pickup and also booked a return transfer through her. The pickup went smoothly, but for the return, she promised a driver would arrive at 7:30am because I had an 8am car rental pickup that required on time arrival. No one showed up, and despite my calls and texts, Jelena didn't respond while I waited for 30 minutes. I almost missed my rental, had to take a taxi, and arrived 30 minutes late, relying solely on her promise. There was no follow-up, just a vague "I will check with them” message. Everything was fine until the very end. I understand unforeseen issues can happen, but the lack of response during my critical time was very disappointing. I will recommend the apartment, but not their driving service.

Location was fantastic! Right in the middle of the old town.

The second bedroom was more like an attic. Had weird steps to climb up and the bathroom upstairs was strange (shower head hanging with toilet near by, this bathroom was all open plan no shower screen and just a curtain between bathroom and bedroom) Disappointing that there was no option what so ever for a later checkout.

The only good thing about this apartment is the location.

This was advertised as having 2 bath but there was no mention that the second bath is in the attic accessible only via a ladder. This was practically useless for us. This means we can mostly use 1 bathroom for the 6 of us. It was also difficult to get to the room in the attic even for younger people. The apartment also involves climbing 3 flights of stairs to get in and out.
