Excellent location in the heart of the Old City of Dubrovnik, so only good vibes!

central location and reactiveness of Bozo and the flat administrator - also that he offered a driver service for airport pickup and we booked the return transfer, so the transfer was very smooth.

no coffee machine but it was delivered in the afternoon of the 2nd day / not enough cutlery - we were 8 people and they were not enough knives, small spoons. No wiping paper but enough toilet paper! One of the chairs was almost broken. but nobody got injured. The flat is good for 6 adults and 2 kids (the ladder is a bit dangerous but we enjoyed the upper bedroom anyway... woken up by the bells).

The location was fantastic, right on the market in old town, with a view of the market and the Jesuit steps. It was well equipped and the air conditioning was effective during a very hot period. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean.

There are over 60 stairs to the apartment which became a bit of a challenge when you’re climbing them a few times a day in extreme heat. The room upstairs has a steep set of stairs that is quite difficult to use. Fine if you’re young and fit, but not very user friendly otherwise.

Beautiful location.

The apartment was in an excellent location, we were in the very centre of the beautiful old town.

The only difficulty was the fact that there were approx 60 steps to the apartment.

Fun place for agile guests

Great location. Very clean. The host responded to our questions quickly. It is on the top floor of the apartment building so it does require going up several steps to get to this unit. One bedroom/bathroom really is not usable if you have someone with mobility or balance issues as it is only accessible by a ladder. We didn’t use the shower on the second floor of this apartment because the shower head is right above the toilet and we didn’t want to slip on wet floors when trying to use the toilet in the middle of the night. There is also a large concrete step to climb over to use the bathroom on the second floor as well. Someone worked very hard to make this a larger apartment with an additional bathroom. We had a great time in Dubrovnik and the apartment was memorable for its quirks but may not be ideal for all guests.

60 steps to the apartment, a hand rail is loose, there is no heater in one bedroom so those occupants had to leave the door open to get heat from the entrance heater making the rest of the apartment very warm. There is a ladder to be climbed to access third bedroom and second bathroom.

Great location. View from the living room window of a cute square (and the GOT shame steps) with a small supermarket as well. Within walking distance of anything within the Old Town. The host was great in his communication, even arranged airport transfer for us. We were also met by someone upon arrival with the keys.

Location was prime in old town, and for those game of thrones fans, located right at the foot of the walk of shame steps. The fresh produce market below was excellent.

The apartment has a great view over the city. Location in the historic center, well renovated and excellent design. The apartment has all the comforts and is all new. Stupendous.

The stairs to get to the apartment are a bit awkward for suitcases, but the height gives you the beautiful view from the window. The upstairs bathroom was a little uncomfortable due to the heights and the shower. We found a lot of hair on the sheets.

Had a great stay and location was perfect.

Trapdoor for attic bedroom was broken, affecting privacy for those in attci room. No information in apartment re where to leave rubbish. We only saw the sign near the entrance when we were leaving, so our apologies for leaving recycling and rubbish behind.

If you're looking to stay in Old Town, this is THE spot.

We loved the location directly in Old Town Dubrovnik. The rooms were comfortable and the AC was adequate for the hot days. The view from the kitchen is unmatched! We loved walking downstairs and enjoying Old Town at our fingertips - restaurants, famous sites, the buzz of the city, this had it all.

It was quite confusing trying to figure out how to get to the apartment, due to the Old Town location. Even more detailed instructions would be helpful. The stairs are a huge challenge and porter services provided by the airbnb would have been helpful. Keyless entry would also be nice so we would not have to meet someone on arrival.

The profile photo shows an amazing view from the terrace that you have no access to. We booked this accommodation only for this view so this is extremely disappointing and the photos should show exactly what you get. The terrace is from a different appartment. We would have booked another accommodation if we would have known this.

旧市街の中にあり、スーパーも近く、お店に困ることがありません。朝食や城壁観光もすぐ側なので、朝早く人の少ない時間帯からドゥブロブニクの中心地を楽しむことができました。室内は涼しく快適でした。窓からは旧市街の朝のバザールを望むことができました。

シャワーのお湯が途中で出なくなり、5人利用だったため分けて入る必要があり困りましたが、こちらの認識不足だったと思います。次からはコメントで教えてくれると嬉しいです。

Dubrovnik immer wieder - Apartment Flower nicht wieder

Das Apartment liegt zentral in der Old Town. Nachteil: Samstag Nacht war bis 3 h morgens sehr laut…

Google Wir reisten zu fünft nach Dubronik und gehören zu dem Kreis der Ü60. Die Gastgeberin Jelena war informiert. Das Apartment liegt im 3. Stock. Schon beim Aufschließen wirkte das Apartment sehr zu den Bildern in booking.com verändert, auch roch es stark nach faulen Eiern....Jelena eilte auch gleich ans Fenster und offnete es. Wir bekamen den Geruch leider trotz ständig geöffneter Fenster nicht weg. Eine wirklich sehr steile Wechselstufentreppe führte in den oberen Schlafraum, welcher akustisch offen war. Auf die Toilette kam man da nur, indem man einen 50 cm hohen breiten Sockel überstieg. In der Küche standen unbequeme Stühle, auch Klappstühle.... nicht wie sie auf den Bildern zu sehen waren, auch das Schlafsofa war ausgetauscht... es stand ein Bettkasten von 90 cm Breite da. Das zweite Zimmer hatte zwei Einzelbetten und keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten. Nachdem wir Jelena auf diese Abweichungen und den Gestank hinwiesen, reagierte sie nur abweisend und unfreundlich. Sie kam uns mit keinem Schritt entgegen. Auch raten wir von einer Busfahrt mit Sombrero Travel mit den Zielen Mostar und Kravica Wasserfälle ab. Wir waren 14 Stunden unterwegs, davon saßen wir 10 Stunden nur im Bus - 2,5 h standen wir an der Grenzkontrolle, 2,5 h für Mostar incl. einer Stadtführung und 1 h für die Wasserfälle um 17 h. Da lag leider schon alles im Schatten. Die Reiseleiterin Tjanna erklärte nur 2 Sehenswürdigkeiten und das las sie von ihrem Handy ab 😩 unterwegs nur eine Pause von 10 min.

Zweckmässig, tolle Lage,

Die Lage ist traumhaft, überhaupt ist die Altstadt phantastisch. Das Apartment ist nicht luxuriös, sondern eher zweckmäßig und günstig, bietet Platz für 6-7 Personen und hat eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit der kreativen Dusch-Toilette mag nicht jedem gefallen, ich fand es aber genial. Es ist halt ein altes Gebäude. Das 'Personal' war gut erreichbar, hifsbereit und freundlich.

Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Eines der Zimmer ist im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss über eine kleine steile Treppe zu erreichen . Es Ist also alles nur bedingt seniorentauglich. Andererseits besteht die halbe Stadt aus Treppen, so dass man am Ende froh ist, "nur" 3 Etagen steigen zu müssen, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen.
