The location of these apartments was ideal. So easy to walk everywhere.

Very good location, clean and comfortable.
We were told we could leave our bags on the middle floor if we arrived before checkin (which we had arranged at 1pm).
On our arrival we were confronted by a lady who was cleaning the apartment. We attempted to explain that we had been told to leave our bags on the middle floor. She was quite rude and seemed to have not been told that bags were going to be dropped off. She just kept telling us the room wasn’t ready til 1pm. We didn’t want access to the room, we were just leaving our bags like we were told we could.
We found that the door handle to the bathroom was broken when we arrived and there was no hand soap in the bathroom for hand washing.
