Proximity to the old town walls, so close we walked past the street before realising !
Lovely bathroom with an excellent power shower
Comfortable bed TV had some English language programmes on (with Croatian subtitles )
Well stocked kitchenette
Very quiet and efficient aircon
Found a few cockroaches near the kitchenette

It was close enough to Old Town without the crowds and noise. I have been to Croatia at least 8 times in the last 2 years and though this trip was a quick weekend to visit friends it was exceptional. I was able to checkin early. Easy access to come and go. Very close to Supermarket and bus. Šulić beach was within walking distance. Neighbors were respectful. And the accommodations were modern and updated. I would definitely stay here again.
The fridge did not always close. And the hot water didn't last that long but this is normal in old town with all places I have stayed.

The location was absolutely perfect, just outside the old town wall and within a very walkable distance from the airport shuttle stop. It was possible to visit everything with a short walk, go to the beach, get a meal or groceries, or catch a bus to the city center. The apartment was very well equipped, and we were able to thoroughly enjoy our stay.
The host was also very communicative and accommodating.
The neighbors were quite noisy in the morning, and there was a ventilation grate to the street that made it harder to ignore. I'd also have preferred if there was a way to cover the light coming in from the glass door.

Close to the old town
It wasn't as clean as it should have been - a lot of dust around windowsills, celling fan, bed, shelves etc
Lots of flies and mosquitos - windows were never left open when we were there but there would always more flies/mosquitos when we arrived back at the studio
