Apartments Vi-La

Very comfortable self contained apartment at edge of city walls. There are no services or staff onsite, but kitchen has what you need to make tea/coffee, and markets are nearby. Host very responsive and helpful. Location is right in old city, at outer edge and high point, but this means a hike up many stairs which can be arduous when arriving with luggage. Stairs are unavoidable in staying in the old town. Apartment cozy and comfortable and had good AC, wifi and all we needed. Appreciated the benches and playground outside the apartment, a nice place to sit at end of day.

Only thing was the stairs. We found a route to the place that had fewer steps, wish we had known about that route when we arrived with our luggage. Google maps takes you up the worst straight and steep stair ascent.

The location was incredible in Old Town Dubrovnik. It was a two-minute walk to get to the water, and it was a two-minute walk to good restaurants.

Great size, nice and clean and had everything we needed for our brief stay.

Lots of steps to get there. There is an easier more slopey option coming around instead of straight up.

This is not a place to stay for motorbikers. After a long day or riding, you do not want to haul you luggage trough town (pedestrian zone) and up never ending stairs. Also a hefty charge of €30.- cash for privat parking in an even further away garage is painful. All of this is not mentioned in de Properties description!
