Dubrovnik Deluxe Rooms

We were given instructions via photo's, messages and video of how to get the keys which were very clear. We were met at the airport by our host Ana who took us to the city walls. Ana was an exceptional host and gave us so much information and helped facilitate our trip to Montenegro during our stay. The apartment was easy to find. It was up 3 flights of stairs but manageable. The apartment is right in the centre of the old town and a fabulous location. The apartment was very clean. With a few additions this apartment would have scored higher for us.

The fridge was in the wardrobe which was quite noisy on a night. Also did not leave lots of space for hanging clothes. The curtains had no tiebacks ( they were there but not fitted) so could not pull the curtains open easily. Some of the lights did not work but there was lights. No cups or spoons just paper ones and stirrers. The kitchenette was a kettle and a coffee maker on a chest of drawers

Easy to find and very pretty and clean inside. So close to everything as it’s direct in the old town.

Wish there was an elevator but not a big deal

In the heart of Old Town so very convenient. Very comfortable for solo traveller like myself.

Not, that I didn't like, but just wish there was a microwave in the apartment. Also would be helpful to have directions on how to use the coffee maker (I think wrong pods were provided) and TV. But honestly, those were minor things.

Amazing location and clean

Staff were pushy and unhelpful. Made us feel like they were just trying to rush us through. We asked for a 20 minute late checkout and were told it was not possible. We checked out with at least 3 other units in the house. After checking out, we sat in a nearby café and could tell that cleaning staff did not get to our room for at least another hour, so a 20 minute late checkout would have been no issue.
