Great apartment for a family

The apartment was unique and in a great location. The view was spectacular and it was very quiet. It is tucked away and around so many site that are fun to explore.

Loved it and would def recommend!

Great location in the Old City with water views on one side and the Old City center on the other. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The flat is spacious and clean.

I didn’t have any issues. it is a 3rd floor wall up and when the people in the upstairs flat came back - I could hear them but they went straight to bed so it wasn’t an issue at all.

Superb

apartment is very large with two bedrooms and a third living room, which could also be a bedroom, great location right next to the palace and many restaurants .

lots of stairs. from the main street you will climb 2 to 3 staircases to get to the bottom of the building, once inside, it is on the top floor, so be prepared to climb another four flights of stairs. normally we would not mind, but we did have a small child in a stroller which made for a good work out.

Excellent !

The apartment is centrally located in the old town, and you are practically in two minutes on the streets of very nice restaurants, bars and historical places. Additionally, you are 5 minutes away from the coast where you can swim under the old town ruins in very clean crystal water. Perfect place to be !

If you travel by car, you have to think about it since there are no parking places.

This location is excellent and central to everything. Great restaurant just outside the door and Buza Bar just across the way was a huge bonus…..perfect place for morning coffee, cliff jumping, and sunset drinks. Central to everything.

Sofa bed mattresses could be thicker or have a topper. Not much storage space and what little there was was filled with blankets and pillows. No hangers in hall closet and none in living room. The mirrors in the bathroom are WAY too tall. Could use a shelf for bathroom kits, too. Hooks were great.

Exceptional

Perfect location - quiet section of Dubrovnik - steps away from a great swim and convenient to all else Dubrovnik has to offer. Rooms and beds very comfortable, sufficient bedding and other supplies. Great air conditioning throughout apartment. Very versatile space - in addition to the master bedroom, there’s a large room with 3 couches (2 of which fold down to queen-sized beds), and this large room can be subdivided by a set of double doors into two separate bedrooms (for a total of 3 bedrooms). All windows offer great views including of the water, walls and much else of interest. It was the perfect setup for our family of 6.

We loved Dubrovnik!!!

We loved the location and the old building with great views of the Adriatic and the top of the old city wall. There was a door to the sea and a café with drinks right to the right when leaving the building. So convent for quick dips through out the day to cool down. It was very hot the week we were there. Many great restaurants very close by. The apartment is big and roomy but there are 2 bathrooms that are small and one is super tiny! It would be better if it was one bathroom as the two share a wall but I understand from a renters view!

tiny bathroom and TV router was not working but they had Netflix so we watched Netflix but it only worked in the living room. bedroom did not work at all. also a fuse blew and we did not have much on but just turning on the washing machine was all it took. They had to come to check it, thank goodness we had already finished getting ready and head out for the day! They said it was the washing machine and they ordered a new one to come that Monday. We were checking out Monday morning so no washing but that was fine. They did offer wash could be done in the apartment nextdoor.

Exceptional

We loved staying inside the old Walled City. We were close to everything...including the Buza Bar on the cliff! We had views of the Adriatic, as well as the top of the Wall. Location was fabulous. Two bathrooms and great kitchen were a wonderful bonus. Very comfortable for six people. Everyone loved it!!

If you can’t carry your suitcase up 4+ flights of ancient stairs, then sadly this is not the place for you. (Unfortunately, we were not able to use the washing machine because it tripped the circuit breaker every time we tried to plug it in. I assume management has this fixed by now.)

Pleasant

Location was excellent.

The washing machine did not work. It tripped all of the apartment's power when used. The internet did not work and the TV did not work. Host was slow to respond and washing machine was never fixed and there was no suggestion to assist with an alternative way to do our laundry.

Superb

Fantastic location in a mad city. The apartments are very well situated, so that once you have fought your way through the crowds (literally) and get to the back of the city, where the apartment is situated, you find it a lot less busier. There is a really cool bar called the Sea Rocks Bar right next door to the apartments. The host was really helpful and gave us tips on where to eat, what to do & most importantly, where to park for Free to avoid the £11 Euros an hour parking fees for parking anywhere near the old town wall.

If you have a problem with stairs, this may be an issue for you. But on the other hand, if you have a problem with stairs, what are you doing in Dubrovnik.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη του Ντουμπρόβνικ, σε σημείο που δεν έχει τη φασαρία που έχουν άλλα σοκάκια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι άνετο και διαθέτει δύο μικρά μπάνια, κάτι που είναι βολικό εάν μείνουν πολλά άτομα. Στην κουζίνα υπάρχουν όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για να φτιάξει κάποιος πρωινό ή κάποιο γεύμα. Η Jelena που διαχειριζόταν την κράτησή μας ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική.

Το κτίριο είναι μεν διατηρητέο και πολύ παλιό, χρήζει όμως συντήρησης εσωτερικά. Το διαμέρισμα ευτυχώς ήταν σε καλύτερη κατάσταση. Επειδή μείναμε οκτώ άτομα, δεν ήταν βολικοί οι δύο από τους τρεις καναπέδες. Νομίζω ότι εάν μείνουν μέχρι και τέσσερα άτομα, θα κοιμηθούν όλοι πολύ καλά.

Fin beliggenhed, men…

Beliggenhed var rigtig god. Vi var meget glade for at have mulighed for at bade i havet med indgang fra Buza Bar. Fin udsigt over vandet fra lejligheden. Køkken er fint og med udsigt over vandet når man stikker hovedet ud af vinduet.

Lejligheden har en del sovepladser men sengene er ikke særlig behagelige. Bemærk at man selv skal oprede disse ekstra senge ved ankomst. Toilet og bad er meget intermistisk, lille, slidt og sparsomt. Opgangen er virkelig slidt og trænger i den grad til en gennemgribende renovering. Bemærk at der ikke er terrasse. Restaurant nedenfor sender madlugt opad.

Super apartament w centrum Dubrovnika

Duży apartament w samym centrum Dubrovnika. Sypialnia z dużym łóżkiem i dwa ( połączone ze sobą pokoje z łóżkami ). Byliśmy w 5 osób i spokojnie się mieściliśmy. Wifi działa ok. Apartament czysty, znajduje się w nim zmywarka, talerze, lodówka, wszystko co potrzebne na pobyt w centrum. Blisko do sklepów i głównych atrakcji w centrum Dubrovnika. Do portu dwa kroki - można tam kupić fajną wycieczkę ( kupiliśmy całodniową - trzy wyspy / za 60€ / os z wyżywieniem i napojami ) Kilka metrów od wejścia do klatki schodowej jest piękny zaułek z barem i plażą - piękne miejsce. Obsługa apartamentu super ! Przez cały czas kontakt na WhatsApp. Dziękujemy, bo super spędziliśmy czas. Łózko w sypialni wygodne, z okien widać kawałek morza. Duży stół w kuchni pozwala na wspólne śniadanie. Dookoła bardzo dużo restauracji.

W każdym pokoju Tv, ale w żadnym nie ma kanałów ;) właściciel musi dokupić jakiś dekoder. Ja mam dorosłe dzieci więc dla mnie nie nie problemu z wchodzeniem po schodach, ale apartament jest na drugim piętrze bez windy do którego prowadzą stronę schody. Może to być kłopot dla ludzi starszych lub z małymi dziećmi. Mi to nie przeszkadzało, ale piszę dla informacyjnie. Poza tym super !
